Almost an hour to do the contract. Continually stopping to wait on other people in the store. Tail light didn’t work, damaged fenders that I was told no need to document because they knew it. No help hooking up or explaining the equipment. The return was a different person, the same waiting on others in the store, never came outside to look at the equipment. Asked about damage that was already gone over at the pickup time. Stated how much my rental was that I already paid in a manor that I owed it again. This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I have rented trucks, cars, trailers and construction equipment before and never had any issues like this experience

Bridgehaven CI had to actually position the truck for the store in a field. I don't think customers should be positioning vehicles for the business.
RICHARD MThe truck was good, the location was great. Friendly and very inviting. She walked me through the sign in process and showed great patience. I tried to rent a truck up closer to the location to save on miles but unfortunately all of your distributors aren't as easy to get on the phone, or help when they do. So I wound up paying for an extra 150 miles but i have to admit, it was worth it considering the service i got. I'll use them again if the need ever arises.
Jefferson CI called several times to they said they would have my dollies. I did at the beginning have them on my reservation. But basically forced to not have them because that don’t carry them. Uhaul needs to be honest with what equipment is at each location. I have been lied to by at least 3 people on that. That’s is not right.
LeGrand JTruck very dirty. Although I reserved 3 weeks in advance truck had no dollys I ordered. Why the hell would you reserve a truck with no dollys. Wasted my time and money. Definitely do better
