Here I am thinking I’m paying for around trip that someone from your side told me and that I was only paying $40 a day if I was to keep it an another day. So thank you U-Haul for taking my money and giving my family the figure . I paid you all $463.22 for two days because you all failed to let me know that I will also be paying $1.00 per mile that I wasn’t told about but yes I understand that it’s on my contract but let’s be real how many people look at it. Yes I didn’t look over because I needed to move my family out of one house with in two to three days because of the time frame we had but that you U-Haul for taking food from my family I will make sure to give a real bad review to warn people about U-Haul!!!!!! Eric CTruck had an exhaust leak, French fries in the seat, lighter on the floor. Dash/cup holders dirty. Paid for a small dolly/hand truck and it wasn’t there.

Doug FCommunication between the workers, I returned the Uhaul 5pm the previous day, get a call the next morning stating I still had the vehicle. I never recieved a final bill through email as stated.

William HThis location is great when parking a U-Haul truck due to the large open area and I fences or obstructions. The downside is for mobile pickup users, there is no internet access or service at this location which makes filling out the mobile applications nearly impossible. Definitely a great location for in person pickup and dropoff.

nate jMy 2 original pick up sites had no truck for me the day of pick up , had To go to this , pick up site, big hassle, no compensation but 50.00 off a 800.00 and some dollar bill. And turned the truck in 2 days early, no compensation for that, seems like I got ripped off .

Eric MWhen we returned the vehicles there was a man that stood and stared at us and then watched us as we were leaving. When my wife finally rolled her window down and asked if he needed something he said no and walked back into the store. I’m not sure what his story is but it made us uncomfortable.
