No one there to receive the rental. U haul is very difficult to get a hold of. I was double billed and waited 45 minutes on the phone to get resolved. Still haven't heard anything about the issue. ðŸ'Žgerald S.

During pick up I confirmed that the truck had almost a full tank.. when I returned it with a full tank but the guy helping me said that the truck wasn't marking a full tank on his equipment even after he saw us out gas from the same gas station we picked the truck up and unfortunately I had to pay extra for the gas. They should have someone come out with u when picking up the truck to ensure all this is looked at before we take the truck.Yesenia S.

Have a U-Haul truck available at the time, date and location that it was reserved. I was sent to three different locations when I was picking up the U-Haul which was an extreme waste of my family's time and money that we're trying to help me out. 4 out of 5 representatives that I spoke to on the phone were rude and unwilling to help me .Evelyn M.

The person who take care of me when I returned the truck at 6pm on Friday October 2nd was insulting me in his language (Egypt) I understand a little bit. When I asked for a receipt he said go home go home I'm busy and he charged me for 2 dollys utilities when I ordered only one. I'm he was a completely jerk as a customer service. Also the truck was not turn in on properly and was smoking a lot from the back and front definitely needs to be changed the experience renting this truck was absolutely poor.Juan Z.
In this place they wanted to charge doble of what we consumed. The agent was yelling at use and the maneger had to come an calls us through the agents phone. We will never go back. We spend one hour and half talking after that they charged us that we consumed.Victor M.

This was the worst rental experience I've ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. There was one employee at this extremely busy location selling loose cigarettes. After spending a long time setting up the rental, her system crashed and she had to start all over. Rather than entering the driver's information, she insisted that we do it online. Once we did it, she continued to go back and forth with the steady stream of customers, spending 30 seconds at a time doing the rental. We were there for over 45 minutes just waiting to get the car. I will never rent from here again. It was not the employees' fault that her boss didn't think that at such a busy location it would make sense to have more than one employee.Hend E.

I have make reservation from the same location abut 3 months ago when I went to pick up the truck thy told me my reservation was cancelled because some one else is make reservation I call the corporate office and complain but no one seems to care On Tuesday 25 of June I when to the same location to rent truck for two days which I did thy call me the next day that thy need the truck back because this truck is only for one way rental and thy have some one make reservation and we needed the truck back. I did not lessen to them I kept the truck for the next day as the contract indicated I send the truck back today and I went to Penske truck rental location and I got truck from them because my own truck still in the Micanic shop never again going to the same location that if I ever go back to u-haulAbdallah I.
I needed to rent a truck last minute on a Sunday and I was able to rent one at this location. The guy was very helpful and accommodating. I even got a $5 credit back. I recommend anyone who needs a rental to check here fire.Yacelline O.

The people who run this were not friendly. I felt uncomfortable renting from them. They didn't show me the contract, they didn't give me the option to get a paper receipt. They kept telling me to check my email. And I'm sure I got over charged.ISDAEL L.

Staff was very rude when I tried to drop off the truck and asked for assistance because the wrong address was entered on my contract by no fault of mine. This has been the WORST experience using Uhaul. I move frequent for work and would always choose Uhaul. My next move will definitely be with another company. Uhaul doesn't treat their customers right and doesn't deserve business.Akira M.

Everything went very well but I don't understand why I was charged extra $8.50 for gas when i returned the van within the time band I requested for and the mileage I had stipulated while making the order. Was i supposed to run the vehicle without gas ? I think you guys need to disclose ahead of this is your standard practice, that has charges are not included in the original bill.KUNLE D.
The drop off experience was horrible. The guy working didn't know how to use the uhaul system on his iPad. I actually had to show him where he was making mistakes with mileage, how he was entering the data wrong and how he had missing fields. He was rude and was focused on taking care of his gas station/convenience store customers and I was there forever. He ended up just telling me to leave and that he'd call me tomorrow. I left there so mad I had to call customer service and make sure the rental was returned and my charges were finaliazed. I've never experienced someone so incompetent before in my life. He needs to stick to selling cigarettes and gas.Jennifer G.

Service was excellent, until there was a snag, and that was the connection between their ipad and the invoice. Then it became a nightmare, because I was on a time crunch, and the machine wouldn't process my credit card. I knew there was no problem with it, but the system problem was a BIG PROBLEM for me: it made me 20 minutes late. The ladies were sweet and professional, and almost as frustrated as I was.JUDITH P.

Rented an auto trailer. When I arrived to pick it up at the Patterson Valero location, there was a car blocking the trailer and no one at the station knew what to do. When the UHaul rep finally arrived, we had to use my pickup to drag the trailer sideways in order to hitch it. Overall, it took about 45 minutes. I would never rent again if that location was involved.RALPH S.
First I called ahead to make sure the truck was available for when I would arrive. They tell me yes but when I get there, it wasn't. So I had to come back the following day. Then when I come back, their wasn't any of the trucks for $20/day which I specified upon our original conversation. So I ended up paying double.Then to top it all off there was broken glass in the back of the truck, so, as soon as I opened it I sliced the back of my hand open.Daniel L.

The back of the truck was filthy and when I returned the truck the employee attempted to charge me fo almost $10 of gas. He eventually accepted that the gauge was the same and removed the charge. The U-Haul self service was horrible because without Peter at return the can say the gas was anywhere they want. It wasn't full and on the website it showed not all full (shaded).Linda T.
