Wrong information given by person renting he vehicle. Will give you any answer so you can rent and when vehicle is return they wash their hands and tell you that they don't have nothing to do with anything. Bad service.

The attendant showed up 30mins late. Costing me money to pay my crew to wait. I was then assessed a $25 cleaning fee for a perfectly clean cab/truck which was used for a total of 5 hours. This was after being told my requested reservation would not be able to be made, and I was provided a smaller truck. Everything that could go wrong did.

The gas station was not open for my pickup time at 8am and the cashier didn't show up for 15min later. Then refused to take my Apple Card and said there's no numbers on it and even after reading him the numbers 2 times he said no. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very frustrating and took 35min to check out a truck even though I did everything online a few days to a week before hand

Easy process, but I didn't find out until the day of that moving pads were not available even though I had requested them over a week in advance. They were removed from my bill, and thankfully not required for the move as we expected - but that could have been an inconvenience.

The owner and the other gentleman in attendance were both very polite, as well as extremely friendly and helpful. The location is convenient as well. I would definitely recommend using this location for your moving needs! Thank you!

I had a very bad experience renting this u haul today. When I called the 1800 go u haul they said one thing when I got to the place where I'm to pick up the truck, the man at the place had a very bad attitude. He was rude, had a nasty attitude. Everything I said was defensive to him. I will never, ever deal with u haul again. I will make sure my family and friends will not use u haul. Don't know what your gonna do to improve for next customer, but for this customer there's absolutely nothing you can do.

Took almost an hr to get the truck. Guy at the gas station keep stopping my transaction to help other people that came in the gas station to shop. He was very grumpy an very rude. He lacked basic customer service whole thing was awful. Was this close to walking away but he already had my card info so I decided to be extra patient. His nasty attitude was the worse of all.

When returning equipment, manager was trying to nickel and dime me for everything from gas, to cleanliness of the truck to trying to charge me twice my estimate Manager was extremely hard to communicate with as he didn't speak very good English and was generally gruff

The person that helped me was very friendly, I just had a hard time understanding him, so it took awhile to check out. I would definitely recommend to do everything online, including images of your drivers license

The uhaul itself was in good shape, however it need to be seen by a mechanic. The suspension, struts, steering, and brakes didn't seem to be in good condition. This was a very rough ride and hard to come to a stop. Maybe the truck itself is a little rough to begin with but there was definitely a need for the mechanic. Also this pick up location didn't have a second person to allow the attendant to step away for a few seconds to assist us with doing our walk around or to check miles or gas level which was not full. There was lack of communication but he had a great attitude which makes a great impression on us. We would recommend this location because he was friendly and answered all of our questions and attend to customers needs.

I used the app for pickup and he wouldn't give me keys, demanded my drivers license again, and made me wait, and had to call someone else and after all that he almost gave me the wrong keys.

The representative that helped at pick up was quite rude. His accent is extremely heavy and when I didn't understand he just got louder or talked over me. He interrupted when asking for a phone number then read the wrong number back when I never had the chance to tell him. The representative who helped at drop off was much more friendly. The closeness of the location to me is the reason I would return.

U Haul associate damaged my rear bumper with the trailer while he was trying to hook it up. I got all evidence and looking for the reimbursement for repair

The drop-off procedure was super quick and super easy. Less than five minutes. This was *SO* much better than last year, when I had to do the self-check-in myself with the non-intuitive web site (which I think you've fixed).

This location is outstanding. I came there to drop off a truck even though i had not designated it as my drop off location. The gentleman that handled my request was professional and friendly. He handled my drop-offf excellently. I would recommend this location strongly.

The [person at the pick up location was not able to get me signed in. After calling his boss and waiting nearly 30 minutes neither of them were able to figure it out.

Although the fuel gage read 3/8 full, which it was when I picked up the truck, the people at this dropoff tried to hold us up for an additional $12 charge for fuel. Instead I put an additional $5 of fuel from their pump in and the gage now showed clearly more than the 3/8 full. They were clearly trying to "RIP" us off. It took 45 minutes to get out of there with a receipt. I will never deal with this franchise location again. They do an extremely POOR job of representing UHaul and good customer service.

I am very dissatisfied with the whole process from start to finish. I had placed an order o. The phone a few days prior to pick up. The lady told me I would be able to pick it up at 7 PM and drop it off the next day at 7pm, and I would have 146 miles. 100 of which were added at no extra charge. I had received 2 text messages, one stating my truck would be ready at 3, and the next day another one came in and said it would be ready at 2. I called to verify that I could still in fact pick it up at 7. The lady couldn't help me since the scheduling center was closed. I had to call in the am, well she couldnt help me either and I had to call the actual pick up spot. Ok after alot of unnecessary wasted time It was confirmed my actual first confirmation was ok. I go to pick up the truck and it does not show the extra 100 miles and it has I had to drop the truck off at 6 instead of 7. The truck has a whole bunch of stuff in it so they need to clean it out. The truck is dirty. Then to mileage is just slightly different and the gas level is lower. I called and spent 40 mins on the phone to be.told he submitted a claim. I still have not heard back regarding the experience

They knew nothing about this drop off...they were not going to give me a receipt until I asked for it... the guy behind the counter had to call someone else to accept the trailer....they didn't help me back it into the space...they had no tools to lift the trailer off the Hitch...they didn't offer to help me... I had to do it myself...then when I got a receipt they wouldn't sign it...he said he was not authorized...this was a poor service location and less than satisfactory service... this experience of turning it in ruined the good equipment and the original rental service...this return site is only interested in the mondy

VERIFY THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS BEFORE RENTING THEM A TRUCK! I spoke with your fraud department yesterday. They told me "nothing we can do, call your local police." What if this person using MY account committed a crime? It would come back on me because you couldn't take 5 minutes to do a simple confirmation!

We had a terrible experience with uhaul. We were moving a vehicle from Maryland to Texas so we rented a tow dolly from uhaul. I completed the registration process and paid in advance so that we could just pick up the trailer and get it loaded after work the day before the trip. When we got our confirmation text the day before pick up we thought it was strange that we had to drive to a different location than we had picked when we made the reservation. We decided to just go with it. When we went to get the trailer, we had to pick it up from a gas station with a tiny parking lot in a busy area. I went in to the store to get our rental and found out that something got messed up so we had to re enter all of our information. The guy running the gas station couldn't do it so we had to FaceTime with the guy who was in charge of their uhaul service. I had to give personal information in public over the phone. Just when I thought we were done nearly an hour later he asked me to repeat my card number “for confirmation” I refused. I had also already paid so I didn't understand but they insisted on recording my credit card number. After all of this we were told that we had to move the tow dolly in front of the one we were assigned. Good thing I brought my husband or we I wouldn't have been able to get the trailer at all. We finally moved the outer trailer only to find the plastic fender on our assigned trailer was cracked. They refused to give us the other undamaged tow dolly. I took pictures and we hooked up to the trailer. The guy running the gas station came out and decided to “inspect” everything. He insisted on checking the break and blinker lights even though we had already done so. He then suggested “twisting” the chains that connect the trailer to the dolly instead of how uhaul recommends. When we refused and told him we have pulled many trailers before he started taking pictures or our truck hooked up to the trailer. It was a horrible experience and a huge waste of time. These people should not be renting trailers at all. Their many mistakes cost me hours of time before our trip as well as during when the whole fender eventually came off and was only still attached to the trailer by the light. This distracted myself and many other drivers, enough for an officer to pull us over. We had to duct tape the fender for the remainder of the trip to keep it attached and from flipping around as we drove. It was a terrible experience and I want a refund. I paid $560 for uhaul to waste my time, make me move their trailers, and for me to have to fix their broken trailer.

Price is misleading. A $19.95 advertisement on the truck equates to a $111 bill without leaving town. Budget provides the same equipment in the same condition at less than half the price. I will use a different provider from here forward. No sense is paying way too much when other options exist at half price.

I accidentally left my lock on the back of the truck, which was locking down the door. The man working didn't even look in the back of the truck because he called me hours later informing me that my lock was still on there. I left town so I had to have my girlfriend go buy bolt cutters to go remove my lock because they didn't have any at the return location. I was very frustrated and will never return to this location again. The only good thing about this place was their hours.

We will definitely use them for all our future moving needs and I've shared our positive experience with family and friends. I highly recommend renting from Quest on Ritchie Highway and Jumpers Hole Road in Pasadena.

The particular truck I used was clean but didn't ride well. The truck probably has a transmission issue that needs to be checked. So was very surprised to find that I needed to replace gas worth $25 (twenty five dollars) for a twenty eight miles trip. That clearly indicates that the truck has issues. I look forward to receiving my final bill and refund.
