This was the absolute worst experience with uhaul. My pick up location was changed last minute. Literally as i was at my original pick up location. The woman who informed me via phone said as a courtesy they would waive a fee but she made it seem as if she was doing me a favor when it was the company that inconvenienced me. Then when bring the truck back the gentleman who was the owner of the truck said he was charging $15 for gas when the tank was on full as it was upon pick up. THEN when i tried to call uhaul customer service he interrupted my phone call and snapped his fingers at me as if i were some animal. That was the utmost disrespectful thing I've experienced and i am appalled by it. Finally it was my understanding that a i hail can be dropped at any location but this was not informed to me beforehand this causing additional mileage to be charged. I just have never experienced such piss poor service and treatment from uhaul. It was such a disheartening experience.

We got there at the time of our scheduled pick up and our truck was not there. They were unsure when our truck would be back and they did not have any trucks to offer us as a replacement initially. They also told me I had to call around to other locations to find a truck instead of them helping me to do it. During a very stressful time when we arranged movers to move us in our new home and not have a truck which we reserved was unacceptable. After an hour there calling other places only to hear them say sorry , we're rented out, we were offered a 10 foot size truck, more than half the size we initially reserved. We had to take something at this point to move us in our new home but as you can imagine, it took many many trips back and forth due to the small size of the vehicle. Also, once we started driving the vehicle, water (or some liquid) started coming out of the bottom of the truck into the ground floor of the truck which was disgusting

The person at the gas station was very nice. The truck was clean and easy to pick up. The only problem I had was there was not a dolly or furniture pads in the truck when I picked it up. It actually wasn't a problem though because I didn't need it. Outside of that would highly recommend this location.

Had a major issue being that I paid for dollies and carts and they were not included in the truck. Uhaul customer service was non-existent and zero help. Truck was in good condition, pick up location was very convenient

Location was easy to use with online check in , but I selected in person and no one was there. For drop off either. Equipment was bad, had an exhaust leak and a check engine light but that is-not their fault. UHaul equipment is used a lot and abused often.

Starting with UNSAT customer service (NO CLUE HOW to work the paperwork. HE wanted me to have a cell phone to download my drivers license and send it to him) and ending with the same guy wanting me to open the back, put the dollys and blankets away, Truck was in the worse shape I've ever seen (ENGINE LIGHT, Dents & Scratches, terrible engine sound when shutting the truck off). “SOME” of the damage was ‘X'd' (Identified) but I felt as if I was being set up when I returned the truck. I had to go in and ask the guy to follow me around the truck to ensure the damage was recorded. Fuel was a guest, he drew a circle that could have been 1/4 to 1/2 a tank. Overall; worse rental experience I have ever had or heard about. Driver's License experience felt a little suspicious (Security).

The location was a gas station. The cashier checked me out between other customers and didn't let me know I was going to get a text with a link so I could check the truck out on my own before I left.

This is the worst example of customer service I have ever seen. After returning the Uhaul, I went inside to finalize transaction. The worker inside immediately staring barking orders at me to park it somewhere else. I tried handing home the keys to move it as every Uhaul location I have used does, he kept rudely barking orders for me to move it, I obliged. He then said the back was not cleaned out well enough and was going to charge us $25. I cleaned it out again. He then threw bags at me and told me to bag up the moving blankets we had rented (I had them folded and stacked the same way they were when we received the truck, no bags). He kept yelling at me "You bag, you bag". I told him I didnt work here and they were left the same way we received them. I then asked if we were done, he said you help me bag up the blankets, I said no. He said he was going to charge me $25 for not helping him. I asked if there was anything else, he just kept repeating the same. We left. Then he charged us $116 on our card AFTER we left and he told us nothing else was needed other than the $25 he wanted to charge me for not doing his job for him. I did need another smaller Uhaul for one more day, needless to say, I will NEVER do business at this establishment. I am currently on hold with Uhaul customer service. You can also see the surprise bra we found behind the cab seat. Who knows what was done in this Uhaul before we got it.

The truck we picked up had a check engine light on and a low oil light. After our long move, the cashier came out while we were pumping gas and yelled back into spot one. This was a tiny spot and while we were backing in we asked if we should check out online or check out through the gas station? He responded with I said park in the first while he was on the phone. We parked the truck and walked into the building with the keys and he said just leave the key while he was still on the phone. I said are you going to inspect the truck with me and he said I said leave the key. He was very rude and did not tend to his customers because he was on the phone. I will not be using this location again.

Pictures of the truck were taken at night which make REALLY hard to see all the scratches and dents and issues with the truck. Cup holders were really dirty and sticky. Truck definitely needs alignment. To ride straight need to turn the steering wheel to the left. But since we had a really short ride it wasn't that bad but if I was moving far or out of state I think that would have been an issue. Other than that the experience was great and it served the purpose. Being able to do it online was very helpful too.

Blankets not supplied. Rental location sucks and despite me telling the UHAUL person at pick up time on the chat I had no moving blankets they did not remove charge. I complained about them not being supplied in the app when returning and you did not remove charge. Very unhappy with UHAUL lack of customer service. REMOVE THIS CHARGE FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED!

This location is horrible. The guy couldn't be any less helpful, nobody explained where the lock boxes are, the app wasn't working and the guy acted like he didn't want to be bothered since the store wasn't open yet - at 830 on a Saturday morning. The furniture pads I ordered weren't there and on top of that, they charged me for two days when I picked the truck up at 830am Abe dropped off at 620pm the same day. He checked it in at 930 the following morning - resulting in an additional days charges. This is the second frustrating uhaul experience in a row - and I'm Smart enough to not have a third.

The operator was 45 minutes late on pick up I had movers waiting. On return it was supposed to open at 9 am they were late again and people were waiting outside as well. I may use uhaul again but never if I have to pick up from this location.

Indian gentleman inside Shell Station very RUDE! Accused my brother of damaging in truck because he heard a loud rattling noice. My brother told him to release the parking break and the noice will go away. The gentleman laughed and said I don't drive the trucks. Then don't accuse someone that they did damage to truck when you don't know how to operate one! I will not use this located or recommend to anyone I know!

Items I reserved well in advance were not available. Owner insisted on charging me for gas that I did not owe. Extremely rude. However when I called you uhaul customer service, they were very helpful and refunded me the gas money. Uhaul is great but this location is terrible.

The equipment that I rented, dollys and furniture pads were not in the vehicle. I tried to reach someone the day of my rental with no luck. I would like that money refunded. Outside of that the truck was in good condition, the process for checking in on the app, everything else was good. My move would have been easier with the equipment I rented, so we had to load and carry the boxes and furniture by hand.

The attendant showed up 30mins late. Costing me money to pay my crew to wait. I was then assessed a $25 cleaning fee for a perfectly clean cab/truck which was used for a total of 5 hours. This was after being told my requested reservation would not be able to be made, and I was provided a smaller truck. Everything that could go wrong did.

The gas station was not open for my pickup time at 8am and the cashier didn't show up for 15min later. Then refused to take my Apple Card and said there's no numbers on it and even after reading him the numbers 2 times he said no. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very frustrating and took 35min to check out a truck even though I did everything online a few days to a week before hand

I had a very bad experience renting this u haul today. When I called the 1800 go u haul they said one thing when I got to the place where I'm to pick up the truck, the man at the place had a very bad attitude. He was rude, had a nasty attitude. Everything I said was defensive to him. I will never, ever deal with u haul again. I will make sure my family and friends will not use u haul. Don't know what your gonna do to improve for next customer, but for this customer there's absolutely nothing you can do.

Took almost an hr to get the truck. Guy at the gas station keep stopping my transaction to help other people that came in the gas station to shop. He was very grumpy an very rude. He lacked basic customer service whole thing was awful. Was this close to walking away but he already had my card info so I decided to be extra patient. His nasty attitude was the worse of all.

The uhaul itself was in good shape, however it need to be seen by a mechanic. The suspension, struts, steering, and brakes didn't seem to be in good condition. This was a very rough ride and hard to come to a stop. Maybe the truck itself is a little rough to begin with but there was definitely a need for the mechanic. Also this pick up location didn't have a second person to allow the attendant to step away for a few seconds to assist us with doing our walk around or to check miles or gas level which was not full. There was lack of communication but he had a great attitude which makes a great impression on us. We would recommend this location because he was friendly and answered all of our questions and attend to customers needs.

The representative that helped at pick up was quite rude. His accent is extremely heavy and when I didn't understand he just got louder or talked over me. He interrupted when asking for a phone number then read the wrong number back when I never had the chance to tell him. The representative who helped at drop off was much more friendly. The closeness of the location to me is the reason I would return.
