Parts R Us is excellent to work with, and customer service is amazing! We had discovered a hole in the tire of the 1st truck, and they were ready and willing to switch trucks for us. I had a discrepancy on the bill from Uhaul, and they quickly started working to fix the issue. Absolutely will recommend and use their services in the future!

Debbie W.Not professional, truck was possibly the worst Uhaul rental truck I have ever rented. Literally thought it was going to blow up. Was also extremely unhappy with reserving a truck from Angola, NY (3.8 miles from my house), then having to drive 69 miles to Linestone to pick the truck up. Although I was given extra miles, it didn't cover the extra gas used at 4.80 per gallon. Moving is stressful enough, I shouldn't have had to deal with this. And I am still waiting for my receipt after returning the truck 6 days ago.

I will never go to his place of business for uhaul service again !!

WENDY G.My pickup spot and their employees were great.. but uhauls trucks suspensions is absolutely terrible and felt like it would explode going over bumps you'd wouldn't even feel in a car. Trucks steering wheel was off alignment which made driving it a hassle. Also uhual notified me (16 hours before pickup) that I would have to drive 2 hours to get my uhaul from a different location that I originally had reserved it for and all they did was give me miles to cover that... after 3 phone calls with them...not happy with uhaul.

DALE P.Put cruise control in your 10 ft trucks. You might consider longer tire tie downs on you auto haulers. The Jeep Wrangler I was picking up had 33†tire and I was barely able to hook the wraps around the tire. Thankfully I had brought my own tie downs with me. Just something to think about. Thank you for an otherwise good trip.

WILLIAM M.I cant believe after even putting more gas into the tank then what was there originally you couldn't over look 2 measly miles. That's stupid and a waste of my money. I may have like the person who took care of me at the location. But I dont think ill ever deal with uhal again unless I absolutely need to. 2 miles and you still charge me i should be charging you guys for the extra gas then at you stupid 3.30 rate you guys charge as my convenience fee. How dare you!!

I took issue with your booking process and app functionality. 1) if you require me to login to the app, I shouldn't need to re-enter all my info. 2) when using the map function to search for a drop off location once an area has been "searched" you can't move the focus of the map and search the new area for locations. 3) I changed my pickup/dropoff over the phone, the female was very helpful and nice, but the dropoff location that she gave ended up being different then the one on my contract. So instead of dropping of 5 mins from home, I have to drive another 20 mins to a different location. Why? 4) stop nickel and diming your customers. It makes things difficult when receiving quotes and annoying when I think I'm going to pay $150 and end up at $220. 5) lastly, fix your app, it's slow, and buggy. Again, all of your employees were a wonderful help, it's your business model/eservices that I take issue with.
Daniel W.I used the smaller truck for 19. 95 and I was told I would be charged that plus mileage. I was told my card didn't go through she would call me with the price I was charged. She never called me. I was charged for the larger truck 29.95 plus mileage. I only used the truck locally and and only had it for 1-1/2 hour. And I was charged 41.98. I was lied to about the price of the truck rate.

JEREMY B.This is not a complaint about the location but about U-Haul. Pick up location was changed the day before scheduled pick up. The new location was 20.1 miles out of my way. No mileage adjustment was made to the reservation. So, I ended up over on mileage and had to pay the difference.

Lisa H.The online reservation process was terrible. I was sent a confirmation saying I was all set, but I found out I wasn't when I went to pick up the truck. I had no code for the lock box because I had not been directed to complete more information. It took me well over an hour to get the truck because I had to wait for the establishment to open. You really need a much more user friendly online registration.
