Have gas in vehicle, have it clean, and not blocked in when picking up after hours. I was to pick up truck at 8 am and it was almost 9 am before I could get it because it was blocked in.JOHN P.

Made reservation online. Easy process. Trailer was readily available when I went to pick up. Staff was helpful with hooking trailer up to my truck. Since it was a local rental return of the unit was easy. Overall a good experience.Stephen F.
The guy who rented it to me didn't seem too sure of how things worked. Didn't ask if I wanted insurance not sure if I was charged for it. Told me that I could just keep the trailer and be charged $29 a day past the due date. When I wanted to extend the rental time.. But I was told by several other U-Haul associates over the phone and in person that that is not the case. They were helpful but maybe need a little more knowledge.RACHEL T.

They had all my information wrong at the location in iola Kansas they sent me fifty some miles away to Parsons Kansas on the day of pickup I get their and they said it's wasn't their so they said they had another location their they sent me to. My experience with them was very carzy I have never been so upset.so that put so behind on everything.and cost me more time and money.arthur B.

This place was horrible. Let's start off by say first go around he charged me more days then I need. I needed 3 he try to charge me for 12. Then he canceled that and charged me a $50 cancellation fee (that later got refunded by a uhaul customer service rep). Then we started over got the trailer and the trailer and it had expired tags I tried to explain I couldn't drive with expired tags. He told me he was done with me and to take it up with uhaul. After talking to uhaul I find out not only is tags expired but it doesn't even have the correct tag on it. This process started at 12:30pm and did not finish and receive a new tag until 7:36pm that night. This was a nightmare. I just wanted to get a small trailer to take my kid to college and to top everything off did not have our correct infogene A.
Charges where placed on my card after being told by the attendant that everything was good. Imagine that surprise after a long day.Beth D.
The location was fine. My issue was with trying to get someone from Uhal to answer the phone an help me with the things the location could not. Overall that part of my experience was horrible and I am not usually a person to complain about things... I wanted for hours on hold, got hung up on and transferred to other people 5 times...Crystal W.

Have someone do their job right. And when I picked up the u haul it was blocked with other u hauls and I called the owner and he was saying I was being rude when all a ask was if someone could come move the other trucks. I believe y'all should fine someone else to rent them out. And maintenance them the door acted like it didn't want to shut and air was coming Thur the doors. When I was trying to go around other cars the truck wouldn't go pass 70 so I couldn't pass and this has been the worst issue I've ever had was renting a U-Haul.Scottie P.

Location is conveniently close. Dolly had broken pieces and one of the straps was hard to get through the ratchet. Other than that it did it's job and got my vehicle to my destination.HECTOR A.
This location was very professional and assisted in getting us a vehicle that met our needs. It would be great if they had a few 10 foot trucks and maybe a small truck or panel van for local trips but that in no way reflects on their service. Just a suggestion.SUSAN H.
