Their internet wasn’t working when I picked up or returned. Using the 24/7 truck share was an extremely slow process and I had to call uhaul for assistance because the program wouldn’t allow me to complete the process. When returning the truck I was eventually sent an email where I could upload a picture of the mileage and gas usage. Check in and return took over 30 minutes each. Very aggravating.

Had a time for pickup of trailer changed from 10am to 9am and the system online upon me returning trailer said a charge that was DOUBLE the single price. Instead of it changing the times it assumed I was taking TWO trailers and said I had a pending charge that was DOUBLE the original price. Customer service insisted it was just one trailer and didn’t understand what the online checkin and return was saying. This online system is faulty and when you edit a scheduled time or try to change anything it creates a whole new order and a whole other charge for your account. I do not have time to wait all day and I can’t even pay at this location because they don’t know how to return my rental in the system. Have been waiting for 30 minutes to simply close my rental and pay for my trailer. Absolutely ridiculous.

Disgusting service! Not helpful at all. Thank goodness for Patrick in Knoxville. He went the extra mile... The kind of service I expect from U Haul. If it hadn't been for Patrick, Our move would have been a disaster! Thanks, Patrick!!!

I highly recommend the Barbourville Uhaul location. I couldn't find anyone to help unload the uhaul and ended up using it longer than originally planned. The caring and supportive staff made sure that the process went as shootout

My issue is with your website. The locator told me I had arrived when I was on the opposite end of Barbourville. I tried to call the location but got a voicemail. When I went back to your site and re-ran the mapping the system sent me to Corbin Ky. I called the location a second time and they gave me the directions. People at Parkway Service were very nice after I arrived.

Some confusion with order. Friendly staff was acomadating but it took some time to get order correct at this location despite being ordered through 1-800-# a day before rental pick up.

My trailer broke down with the tires locking up -- waited two hours for help -- the mechanic who fixed the trailer said that the new brakes on the trailer were not installed properly.

Provide what I ask for. I went online and booked the truck, I was called and told that the nearest truck for me would be another location. They told me That I would be given a larger truck and 25 miles for the change. The place of pickup and place return round trip was 39 miles so they got me on that. I didn't need the truck and was still charged $54 bucks. Make sure you have all your ducks in a row when dealing with u haul because they will burn you when they can. I feel cheated and abused!

Make pick up feasible... Even with a "system failure." This entire pick up experience was completely unacceptable and uhaul as a company should be completely embarrassed. To top it off, when we called, no one would talk to us and find a solution to this ridiculous problem. We are certainly waiting on a call from a manager.

We were renting the uhaul for a school and provided a purchase order number from the school to pay for the uhaul and it wasn't accepted. I had to pay for it out of pocket.

Our organization rents 2 u hauls every year for one day and use the trucks locally. Only place to get the 26' trucks was in Barbourville, which is about 18 miles from Williamsburg. Parkway service charged us extra, for the drop off in Williamsburg, which is closer for us.

This location in Barbourville seemed to not know anything about our reservation. The truck was already paid for prior to picking up and the lady wanted our credit card # again to run in the system, and stated she didn't see that the rental had already been paid for. She even made a comment that their computer systems are different and can not see reservations? I gave her the 1800 go Uhual # to call so that she could verify the sale and take this issue up with them. We waited around for an hour before we could take the truck to begin our move. This was not a good customer experience dealing with someone who didn't seem to know what was going on with what.

First, the u-haul leaked on us and all my stuff was wet when I got to South Carolina where we were staying on vacation. Second, When we brought back the u-haul to this location no one would come unhook the trailer and move to where they wanted it. My husband had to get under the car in the poring rain unhook the u-haul and move it to the side of the sign. Me and My husband both was very unset that no one would even offer to help.
