Stop charging people $55 for an eighth of a tank of gas. When I returned my equipment the gas gauge was where it was supposed to be. The manager said it was off but he has no idea how much gas is supposed to be in it. So they charge me $55. I said no sir I'll go put$10 in gas. And that was it.

When we picked up the uhaul it was so dirty. We had to clean out the back end before we could use it. Tons of dirt and trash and left over personal stuff. The cab of the uhaul was the same. Pet hair and dirt everywhere. We did not clean the cab and left it as was.

Same as above!!! Should have stated it was supposedly to be returned back to previous location. Utterly ridiculous to think it is okay to charge someone 4 times the rate for returning a day early and the truck (sand) cleaned out from previous customer. Asinine way to do business! Also from FULL IT TOOK $17 to fill it back up for 20 Miles. And also I'm charged for the 50 estimated.

According to the info on the truck that if you brought the truck back clean that you would receive $25.00. I did not and the drop off location manager said he did not know of such an agreement. What gives?

The person doing the check out messed up my paper work requiring me to drive the truck and extra 30 miles causing me to pay an extra $30! Highly disasstisfied

The sales reapresnative at my pick up location was very friendly. He thought the lenght of time I got the rental for was longer than 24 hours. My confirmation phone call informed me it was only 24 hours.
