It was a very long and difficult process to rent the truck online, I do not know if it was my inexperienced or the web page is complicated. It took me more than 2.5 hours to finally get a code to open a lock to get the keys for the truck . There were no one at this gas station to help

Would have liked to know that the 10 foot box truck did not come with a ramp to load up. It said it was for a one room space but if you need for bed room dresser, mirror dresser. There is no way a person will be able to do so by thereselfs.

Depends. Make sure you get the items you reserved & paid for. We were due a $7 credit back from the service attendant which never happened.
