Mr Ghani at the Sunoco had the truck that I needed badly on 12/31 very smooth and easy to get the truck and go Weather and places closed for the Holiday made moving impossible to unload / reload so needed more time and money two snow events plus the holiday was miserable to deal with The one Shining Star was and is Mr Ghani a true hero Thanks again for being there when i needed your help

I did not receive an updated copy of my rental agreement which should reflect that I did not have the truck that was actually mentioned on the agreement. I rented a smaller truck instead of the one listed on the agreement. Therefore the mileage used was different. The drop off location was different from the one chosen online and was told that there was nothing that can be done about it. I would not recommend this location at all.

My uhaul truck shut down on me on the highway

Self checked in but had to stand at the counter for a half hour. Your self check in needs a better workflow. There was 2 box springs And a mattress left in the back of the truck. The alignment was 25 degrees off, very dangerous, fuel guage was stuck at a half tank. Overall bad experience

The vehicle oil light came on and made a beeping noise at start up. I brought it to the attendants attention, but he brushed it aside and said it is okay. He said he emailed me a receipt, but didn't address any terms with me. The vehicle had 3/8 of fuel. I returned it with the same amount of fuel. The attendant at the drop off location just asked for the keys and said, “you are good” The next day I received a text stating that I was charged $88.00 for fuel. I am disappointed in the service that I received. Their was no instructions on both ends and the vehicle was in poor mechanical condition.

Tank was nearly on empty when received the truck. Notified the employee and he didn't do anything. I had to fill up gas right away. I drove 23 miles and received a $48 charge for gas, even though i left more gas in it than when I received the vehicle!!!

When I went to pick up the truck, the fuel tank was empty and the truck battery was dead so the truck would not start. Luckily I had a jumó in my car and we jump started the truck.

Unfortunately, our reservation for our 15 ft. U-Haul did not go well. Our original location for pickup was moved because of the unavailability of the truck. Then we were given another location for pickup which was farther away. I confirmed the pickup and then I was called 5 hours later and told the 2nd location for pickup was unavailable due to no truck availability. I was then given two more farther locations for pickup which was 45 minutes from us. I had made my U-haul reservation one month prior to our move and was inconvenienced and felt that was bad customer service. I will not recommend U-haul to any of my friends or anyone else's. Drop off was fine and did work well.

Everthing need to be improved. Begining of the car to cumunication to the location itself. Horrible Car, which I can't adjust driver mirror and to move forward with my body while driving to see if I can if drive to the right lane. The oposite issue with the passenger mirror which it is super loose, after spending good time adjusting it, while moving the wind resulting from the car movement pushed the mirror all way back. I was completely blind from the 2 sides. Communication: the guy is on his phone. Didn't bother to tell me at least basic stuff. Very loud, talks on his phone the whole time. Returned the car without a scratch but didn't know we have to add fuel (though $1.29 per mile is for that reason). Uhaul charged me extra $124 for 2 gallons of gas.. pure Rip off. Ubicación: I choosed a location near my house. I reserved a uhaul truck 1:30. I got a call 1:27, saying there is no truck available and to drive 10 miles away for that location. I couldn't cancel my reservation as I'm comitted with movers. Hortoble! Theft! Unorganized! Liabilty problem! Almost died on the high way. Please don't chooss uhaul. Maybe you are not lucky like I am and u won't survive Plus I need my money back :@

We dropped off the truck with a bit more gas then what we started out with. Took the keys into the office at 2920 E. Joppa Rd. and he stated our receipt will be sent via email. How long does it take to send that receipt?. The Truck was clean and it was a very nice ride and the drop off was in a convenient location. We dropped it off and no complaints.

Even though I didn't have a specific drop off location listed on my receipt I was still changed a fee for wrong drop off location. I had called before hand and they said as long as my receipt didn't say a specific location I could drop it off at any uhaul dealer.

Have the rental available on time. Have the rental agent sanitize the truck or at least offer sanitizing and/or wipes. Give agents the authority to reimburse over payment for gas. I spent $17.99 more than required with no reimbursement.

Stop stealing from loyal customers and adding false fees , when I got the truck i told the guy hey this is empty on gas and he said oh sorry I went and pumped gas infront of him and when truck was returned i asked can u please come check he said oh no it's ok i will email u receipt and when i got the emIl i had 87 dollars additional fake fees added for gas when it is not true and was double charged the 29.99 i will make a report of this robbery basically and will make sure to let ALL my family and friends know not to go here

I reserved my truck and time online. When my driver (whose license information I did upload online prior to arrival) showed up they said they had no record of my reservation. Not under my name or his. He showed them screenshots, had confirmation numbers… they just refused. So he was forced to pay for one in his name and we were not able to start moving until well over an hour after we had planned to. Later in the day I was getting texts saying my reserved truck had just been picked up and had to be back by 3??? We were already done and had returned the truck at this point. I am worried someone else used my reserved truck and that I may be charged and overall I'm just very displeased with my service this time. I have not had an experience like this in the past.

It took forever to get the truck. I was told one truck number but was told that's not my truck and the number changed last second. The guy at the gas station didn't know what was going on. Felt very sketchy and unsafe. There was also rope left over inside the truck. Not clean.

I was not told that my contract would be emailed so I was quite confused when no paperwork was discussed nor anything about returning the uhual with the correct amount of gas. I also didn't know that pictures of the damage on the truck had been sent to me so before I left with it, I could confirm and review with the attendant. Additionally, there were no furniture pads as requested. I don't mind uhaul but I think I'd rather go to a different pickup location next time. I was just told "it's out back" and had to go wander around the parking lot but the truck itself was fine.

The attendant at this location was not trained on rentals and he spent 30 minutes trying to get the station manager on the phone to approve my rental which I had done previously online. I had the UHaul dispatch manager on the phone pleading with him to release the truck. And the online process to identify I was at the location was not working when I picked up and the next day when I dropped off.

A Uhaul rep called to tell me a day or two before pick up that the 10 feet truck I reserved was stolen and a 15 footer has been reserved for me same price as 10 footer. When I drove past Sunoco within that week of the call, I saw at least five small trucks just sitting there. Glad I got a larger truck with a ramp but wasnt charged same price as small truck as promised. I just dismissed it and didnt dispute.Though the Uhaul rep called to let me know he would be late, he was over 30 minutes late which put me behind moving from my home; there was someone ahead of me he needed to assist. Truck pick up was at 8am. I didnt get the truck until nearly 10a. He was, however, very couteous. Overall, the rating would have been poor had the rep been unkind.

The representative that completed my check out was very rude. It was a gas station employee, who kept pushing me aside every time another customer would come in so that he could sell cigarettes. At the end of my check out, which took about 20 minutes, he handed me a key through the counter window and said "it's around back." It did not feel like a personable experience, and I felt like I was a bother more than a customer. I will not be renting again from this location, and I'll think twice about renting a U-haul.

the first vehicle given to me had a discrepancy in actual gas in the truck and what was noted on the paper work. The next vehicle he gave me had a discrepancy on vehicle mileage. But this was the only vehicle left to rent. I drove this truck 4.1 miles and they charged me 18 miles. The store representative then asked me why didn't I take picture. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. THE PAPER WORK DOES NOT MATCH ANY OF THE TRUCKS.

The truck was filthy. The gas was low. It took forever to complete the transaction. The man spoke poor English. Hard to understand what he was saying. First time I had this kind of experience with U-Haul.

Shady business and the manager was very tardy. It took tim more than 1 hour to hand over the keys after we arrived the store! He did not explain there Was after hours service fees. He said everybody knew there was charge which is just silly and baseless. Gas was filled and put up but we got charged for gas and the truck was driven 9 miles. Can someone explain how to know how much gas do i fill when i got the truck with less than half the tank of gas! This business is taking advantage of good people. The manager working in gas station is very unprofessional and treated to call police when asked to explain the bill. The return vehicle time was marked 1 am the next day which should have been 9pm Of same day we rented truck. Please have a representative call me to resolve the billing issue. First of this was not the original location we were suppose to pick up the truck from when making the reservation and saying they had the truck. So they called me a few days before and told me I would have to go to this location. When I called the guy said he had no reservations for us and acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. Then after getting all the way home with the truck and starting to move I realized I was not giving the moving blankets I paid for. So moving the first night was hard. In the morning called the number about the blankets and was told he had them and to drive back to get them where he brought me out in his arms a balled up pile of blankets after I was told they would be clean and in plastic bags. After getting the blankets home and looking at them I realized I would not use them to move my furniture because the were gross and I didn't want someone else's bugs or something. I'm very disappointed in the whole experience. I spent so much time of my 24 hour renting that was not cheap running around getting blankets and stuff and not having what I needed or paid a lot for. At this point I'm not sure if I would ever use or recommend U-Haul again.

The pick up process was clear until it was time to get the key. The key pickup was very confusing and it was unclear. I was asked to provide my license and my credit card to the store clerk (not sure why when I just checked in and provided all of this information online) and then he couldn't find the key for 15 minutes. This delay our plan for the move

The service was normal until I returned the truck. To my biggest surprise my credit company sent a message that uhaul charged $6481 to my card. I called to inquire about the charge but was given any clear explanation to why that happened. That's unacceptable.

Location was changed without notification to us and the one assigned to us had a trailer on back, gas was not filled up, and AC didn't work. not necessarily the locations fault but VERY upset with UHaul. I was late to meet my movers since I had to change locations and then the man had to figure out how to remove trailer.
