Was issued a credit...paid in cash but they said it had to be refunded in debit...after 3 tries and 5 days still didn't get it...then after waiting for an hour to try to sort it out they say that it could only be issued by cheque...now a week and a half later and still nothing. As far as i am concerned at this point it is theft as they have taken my money and not returned it. If i don't see it by monday I will be contacting the police.

Sam who helped me was very gracious and polite. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome and it's because of her that I'm going to choose this location all my further U-Haul needs for my business.

Recommend it only because it"s the only one for area east of Peterborough. Hastings, Havelock & Campbellford locations still listed on your site but gone for 3-8 years. A lot of time wasted checking to find them gone. The self-serve on-line reservation is very diffficult and NOT user friendly. Hard to believe in this day & age!!!!!!!!!!!!

The locking mechanism on the rear door to the covered trailer is broken. Luckily we had no difficulties with this insufficiency.

Manager of this location called me ahead of time to confirm location and give directions - I really appreciated that. He was helpful and the checkin experience went quickly. I was very happy with the customer service at this location.

Charged for two days when truck was out for 24 hours signed contract yesterday at 1pm never picked unit up until 3 pm returned today after 2 called & complained said there was nothing they could do this is the last rental!!

I only had it for 5 hours and it cost me over 300.00. The pick-up location changed last minute to outside of Peterborough, although the woman working there was very nice, the computer system didn't work for copying drivers license, picking drop-off location and showing previous damage to the truck. I think for a 5 hour drive, I should not pay that much!!

Friendly, helpful and well informed staff made the process a pleasant experience.

I had to go to a different location after being told pick up would be at 550 braid wood, and was not informed about change. Had to drive another 20 minutes to pick up location. Also was charged $5.00 for blankets I did not use, and seals were already broken also had to sweep out truck before loading it. Was told Dolley and blankets were included with truck which we didn’t use either one. Contract states if I haven’t been informed about location change I will be reembersed $50.00 which I am still waiting for.

Location is fine, but I am not happy with the price increase, I rented the same trail 3 or 4 weeks ago and it was much cheaper with the added cost I can’t see myself renting anymore.
