The gentleman behind the counter didn't know the system at all, couldn't spell and had bad eye sight. Charged me for 4 days when I requested 2. Loose lug nuts, low air pressures and no running lights.

Elizabeth KovachTruck was at a friend of the owners when I arrived for my reservation (I traveled 45 min to this location to pick it up )He asked me to come back in an hour I explained I couldn’t. He said he had to help unload a washer and dryer off of it before he could bring it back to me . When he returned the overhead door was open. I closed it and it was hard to close . I then went to check the lights on the car dolly and the drivers side lights were out. Wires were cut(I have pictures) I asked if he had another car dolly and he said he did not . I asked if he could fix the lights and he said he could not. I asked to borrow wire strippers and o fixed the lamps to be safe for the long ride. I finally made it back to load up and the door opened very hard . I loaded it and when I went to close the door the cables were all unraveling and I could not close the door . I called rd side and they came 3 hours later and it was fixed .

Rudolph HawkeTruck was filthy. Only had half tank of gas. The cab smelled of beer and wet dog. The back of the truck was also filthy had dirt debris and broken glass. Had to clean it inside and out. I got rerouted 3 times including the day of pick up. The worst experience ever

Clean the windows have washer fluid to clean the outside windows sweep up the glass and debris on the back of the truck let a person that’s renting the truck know that it leaks. I lost 3 boxes of personal belongings because of the leakage. This truck smelled of beer and wet dog. I had to clean the inside of truck and sweep up the glass and debris before I could use it. Worst experience ever.
ANGELA HOWARDWe had a few issues with the truck leaking gas and the guy was able to Resolve the problem by putting us in a diff truck with no problems.he also did a switched out a car hauler for us very professional.

LORAI ALEMARThis was the last time I will ever use your u haul it was the absolutely worst experience ever ,we have used y’all all my family and friends all my life and I have never been so disgusted in my life first of all I have never been charged for mileage and I asked for a dolly did not get one and I made my reservation on line to make it go easy but when I arrived they didn’t even have me so I had to to do it all again in the office and I had to keep the truck another day cause no body was open and I wanted to make sure I turned it in person since nothing else had worked like it was supposed to on line so what usually cost me 50 dollars was a 200 dollars and more but I Will NEVER USE YOUR UHAUL BUSINESS AGAIN NEVER

BUT Patrick at this location was extremely helpful and got me into the next available truck in no time. He was so helpful and kind. I will be using this location again for other car needs as this is a car servicing center
Mary WardThis was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The manager or whoever the gentleman there was had a horrible attitude. Very nonchalant about making sure the safety of the tow I rented was in place. The staff was not concerned about anything . Zero stars if I could .
Shanna StubbsWhen I picked up the truck before business hours, the truck was located in a very tight spot on the side of the business. The business is a auto wrecker and the Uhaul truck was amongst the wrecked cars. I am glad my friend stuck around who could assist me to navigate out of where the truck was parked. When reserved the truck I needed to have furniture pads to help with my move. When I picked up the truck there were no furniture pads anywhere.
Paula TrippThe gentlemen did not communicate with us about what was going on. We wanted to know final charges and get some sort of confirmation that it was dropped off. He said he would send and email and we never did. I’m not very happy with my last day rental. I would not ever go back to either uhaul facility we went to this week and I would never refer friends or family.

Alan LatenThis location billed us for a 2 day rental when we returned our car hauler trailer on 7/19/19 at 8 pm the same day we rented it. We had a contract for a 24 hr rental and we had the trailer less than 12 hrs yet we were billed for 2 days. We parked the trailer right in front of the building in view of the camera so even if the tow company was closed on 7/20/19 for some reason they had proof the trailer was dropped off on time.

FARRO ANTHONYNowhere to drop off the trailer. The person working was no help when I was trying to back up the trailer. There were non running vehicles in the way. I would never use this place again.
Dewey LandersThe drop off location stated that there was sand in the truck at the time of drop off. I did not check the truck when I picked it up for cleanliness. I did load on concrete as well as unload on concrete so I did not bring the sand. I told the drop off location that it must have been in the truck when I rented it. They stated that they would take it up with the pick up location. I would recommend that a walk through/check be done on each truck prior to rental to avoid this in the future. deana blanchardThe drop off had no appropriate parking for the equipment as it was filled with cars. The guy could not access the Uhaul website or give me a receipt of my payment. They rented to equipment out before they checked me out. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
