It would have been nice to know ahead of time that I was doing 24/7 check in. to arrive at 7am for an out of state move and learn this was a bit stressful. Not to mention the fact that I reserved a 26' truck to find out. "A reservation doesn't mean we have that size available, you will learn that 48 hrs before your reservation date.." So I was told I could pick up a 26, 2.5 hrs from my house or get a 20' near me. A reservation should mean just that, I reserve a 26', I should get a 26'

Francisco MunizI went in everyone was very kind but they said oh you can go and I never got a receipt but checked my credit card and they charged 102.00 for a cargo van that I had for a total of 2 hours when it’s 20 dollars to rent and bam no reciept and got hit with the bill

Brenda MartinezUHaul's system was down so we could not rent our truck as scheduled. Had to come back three hours later. There should be a way to manually move forward when the system is down.

Lewis IoSuch an extensive pick up process. We were waiting for 45 minutes while the pickup was"approved". Maybe the alternate contact verification can be done prior to the pickup time so it doesn't have to be done in real time. It put us behind on our moving time. Also it didn't tell us the exact location to pick up the truck until it was approved so we had to figure out how to get to the back of the building
Amy SladeIt took better than 30 minutes to go through the myriad of steps on the app….it was a pain. Sitting in the cold in your car trying to type everything on a cell phone. Home Depot or Lowe’s will probably get my business the next time I need a vehicle to haul something.

Patrice BlairNothing i that i can think of really they were very accomodating. i needed a bit more time with the truck to get my things moved out . And YouTube, they're not being any reservations right after me. At that time they were able to accommodate giving me the extra time. I needed to get the stuff moved out of the truck before I returned it and there was no issue. All I had to do is call an ask. And they helped me out. So they're very good at customer service for sure. I'll be renting again from them anytime. In the future that I need to rent for you. Hall, they will be the ones that I call.

David LyonsI dropped off the trailer on a Sunday and the facility was not open. When I called the number on my paperwork, the phone rang, then went to a fax. I am a widowed, single, 70 year old woman and couldn't get the ball off my car. I had to walk to the car wash next to the facility and to find a very nice gentleman who had a jack to disconnect the trailer. We had also gotten 7 inches of snow so it was very cold trying to find help. But the following day, I called to make sure they recieved the trailer and they said they had. He was a very nice person.

Emma KearneyEveryone was nice and welcoming. The only thing I didnt like was that I called and asked how much would it be to keep the truck for a few more hours and I was told I can return it at 3pm instead of 7am with no extra charge. I was charged for another day.

Andrew van AllenThe cab of this truck was not clean. A previous customer had clearly spilled their soda, and there was sticky residue in the cupholders and down the front of the center panel. They had also left a tennis ball under the seat, which came out and went under my feet while I was driving, and it could have resulted in an bad accident. Also, the previous customer had also carried dirt or rock in the back of the truck, and it was not swept out completely. I had to use a blower to clean it out before I could put my goods in there.

Reshawn LeeThe people helping me were grumpy, complained about the Uhaul app the entire time I was checking out and in my trailer, and they left me standing for 45 minutes in an otherwise empty store before helping me. I really don't understand why they are part of the Uhaul team if they dislike it so much.
Kristina RourkeThe truck was ok. Not as clean or nice as the ones off of airport road in Aurora, but got the job done. Picking up took more than 40 minutes and required a call to customer service because nobody was responding to the chat and for some reason it said they needed to call a reference to confirm I am who I say I am. I haven't ever had to jump through so many hoops and it got us off to a late start, but the location was convenient for what we needed.
Mke LangfordI got charged overall more than discussed. No communication between corp and local. Vehicle wasn't checked in for 6 hours...leading to additional charges and stress, calls from corp saying I missed deadline, extending my rental (that was returned 6 hours earlier) then getting punished by branch for complaining. This could take weeks to sort out. The problem is this type of credit card fraud etc is becoming more common. Corp should not be able to charge a card from the local branch when they haven't a clue what's going on...zero clue. Incompetence and theft.
Sean DattoliThe absolute best Uhaul rental experience is at Parker Feed. This store is staffed by people who care about doing a good job. Don’t go anywhere else unless you enjoy dirty trucks, and being charged for a dolly and pads you paid for but were never placed in the truck, etc like the Uhaul dealer on Apache, while being unable to speak with staff because they left early and locked the door. Choose Parker Feed and you will not be disappointed.

Christopher BefortThe steps of the check-in / check-out process need some work. My guess is that you know this and don’t mind the customer spending an extra 25-30 minutes ‘on the clock’ actually getting into the rental, but just in case you care…..
