This company was amazing!!!!!! Uhaul has work to do with the structure of their company. Uhaul was horrible and PAWN ROYALE was just as bad!!!!!! Thank God for this man and his company, Parker Auto Sales. I'm still waiting on a call from Uhaul!!!!!!!!Amy B.

Very rude customer service. We understand that we rented a 26 foot truck for two days, we underestimated how long we would need it (that part is on us) so we called & asked for another day. The lady said yes, and we rebooked. The next day, she called and guilt tripped us and told us how what we were doing was horrible, and uncalled for. And how we are causing problems for the next customer. Like if it's that big of a deal, she could have said NO! Also when my husband walked in to pick up the vehicle, her husband was yelling at some poor lady. Good product, TERRIBLE customer service. I would not recommend PURELY based on that.Jodell L.

I had a drop off location that Was OPEN only to find out that my drop off location had changed once I got there to another location that wasn't even open. You do have an online drop off but it will not work if your cell phone doesn't recognize where your at. My location WAS on and I tried from 2 different cell phones. I believe I spoke to Amber and she was VERY HELPFUL AND CHECKED IT IN FOR ME! I had filled up to 1/2 tank at the first location and I was charged 6.00 and some change to put it back on 1/2 tank at the 2nd location.. I see that as NOT MY PROBLEM! Hopefully better luck if I need it againLaura L.

Supply customer service training and how to speak and treat customers/people. Retuned truck and when I called to ask about all the additional charges I was told to contact a district manager. Quote, "I cannot and will not help you". You trashed my truck ? The moving pads were not folded ? We were never told to do this --charge. We left a bottle of water in cab --- charge ? I was also told by my driver he had filled truck before return, so when there was a refill charge I inquired and were screamed at that I had to fill thus FNK truck up and you need to speak with my district manager and we will send you his number. Would not want my brand at this location, thanks Don RyanKathryn R.

The owners of the facility were great. I am very satisfied with them. The pickup experience with UHaul and the phone support was an absolute nightmare. When I started the automated pickup process the prompts were horrible. I received a message that the rep was working to get my pickup approved. After an absurd wait I requested a status update. I received the exact same message. Finally I received a message with an unlock code. There was absolutely no explanation regarding where I should enter this code. I called the customer service number included in the text. I was told there should be a metal box attached to the office and I would enter my passcode there to retrieve the key. I told the support desk person that I could not get the lock to open. She said that I needed to align the top of the letters with the groove, not the center. I later learned that was also incorrect. I was attempting to follow the instructions the support desk had given me me when the facility owner asked why I was attempting to open the return key box. This was a perfectly acceptable question. I explained that I was doing what I was told on the phone by UHaul support. They explained that the lock I needed to open was on the back of the truck. Then I entered the code many time attempting to open the lock. I was told I should press down on the locking arm, lift the arm, center the lock in the hole, etc. After many attempts the lock opened. Had I not been so pressed for time I would have abounded all of my attempts and found another solution. I want to stress that the facility owners were incredibly helpful and supportive. I have absolutely no complaints with their service. The service from UHaul, however, was sufficiently bad to ensure I will never rent from you again. I would say bad service is an understatement. They entered their own mileage on the truck after asking me how many miles would I be going and I responded 10 because the destination was 5 or 10 mins away and they lied like I used $34 worth of gas when the gas hand didn't move an inch. Really a rip-off and wouldn't recommend to anyone. The process is way too long and they scam you out of money especially when you're a first time user like me.Cendi B.
