Jolie WilsonWhen I dropped the trailer off. I was told to back it up and unhook it. And also i was asked if the trailer was swept clean. I did get help unhooking the trailer in the end. But I can tell u I would of never got it by myself. I feel that in the future they should call for help to assist the customer. Also they asked if the trailer was clean. Maybe they should of came out to look themselves. Just my thoughts. Not sure how your policy is.

Aaron MullinexThat they don't charge your card when you don't make an authorization for them to make a payment off of your card and not to call people and disclosure information to them about your account even if they are looking for you that's one thing they can ask if they've talked to me or if they can relay a message but as far as telling them my whole business about my account I think it is very wrong and not business like
Monica NicholsThe vehicle was not clean. The location was closed even though it was supposed to be open. The gas gauge did not register until I completely filled the tank up, so I essentially overfilled it by 3/8 of a tank. Please refund me for over filling it, since the gas gauge would not register even after I put gas in and drive it several blocks. Only after it was a full tank did it register. I expect a refund for 3/8 of the tank of gas since it was 5:8 full when I received it.

Bill MillerThe online service is where we had issues. No issues with the actual locations. The website had issues with our reservations. The truck size kept changing. I had to call several times to change it back to the correct one. The trailer ended up reserved an hour away, which we found out the day of. We didn’t end up using it. Then when we got to the storage unit the reservation was lost. We had to drive all over Houston and it ended up being in a different town 45 minutes away from us. I had confirmed all these reservations at the places the week of. Terrible experience because of the website. Made moving across country an awful experience. Customer service was great by phone and at the locations but it was truly traumatic. I want it to be clear that it was completely a reservation issue and seemed to be all website issue no fault of the locations or people I dealt with by phone they were fabulous.

Ann HarrisThe truck that I rented seemed to be fine, the rental place didn’t know that the truck roof leaked and with the ice melting that day after loading my things on the truck and the short move to my new location my things got wet from the leaking roof
LORETTA TAYLORThe only issue is that we set up a month in advance so that we could pick up in Charleston , not 30+ miles away. Also, the person that called to let me know that we were picking up 30+ miles was extremely rude.
Robert DrozdikYour user interface needs upgrading. We checked the price for drop-off at a different location and when I decided to bring it back to the original location, it made the user start all over again. Very time consuming. Especially if was a short term or emergency.

PHILLIP TEGELERThe 15 ft uhaul DC2393H AG16313-AG has a very bad leak it was raining and the rain was pouring into the inside where our mattress couch and dressers were. The mattress couch cushions were soaked the dressers were damaged as well.

Carl ReedThe catalytic converter was cut off prior to my rental. Truck was embarrassing and ridiculously loud. And once again, I was overcharged and will have to make calls to get that taken care of, last year when I used a uhaul, it took a couple months to receive my “over charge” back.

Frankie HokeWhere to start. First we had called uhal on the 7th of June and was to pick up a uhal from terra haute on the 18th. We get to the location and they have no uhal only the car hauler. The man there calls uhal and they said we could take the car hauler and go to IL the next state over to get a 26foot uhal. Mind you we asked for a 15foot on the 7th of June and they said they had them in. So when I talk to the lady at uhal she said take the car hauler and go get the 26foot truck and we will give you 50 extra miles. I drive a car how am I to take the hauler? And 50 miles I live 45miles from this location in terra haute and now its alone here 28miles to the next uhal. How does this make any sense? Its uhals fault not the Paris IL location fault. BUT we get to the IL location get everything and dang if the location didn't call me a few hours later and tell me they forgot to charge me for the car hauler. Can any get it together.
