Could not get the app to accept Mobil pick up. Took a long time and call to customer service before it was all set
Kate BReturning with the U-Haul share app is a very poor system. It constantly kicked us out of the app and wouldn't connect to the truck rental return page. It had trouble downloading pictures and freeze when pushing the continue button. I will not use this system again.Put some signs out showing where people should park.

Brandon RLocation was in a weird spot and gos was not loading it properly so we had to drive around extra as we couldn't find where it was. The service was not good here and so the check out information did not properly load on my phone and we had a hard time checking out. Overall I was just extremely disappointed with my entire experience.
Kimeryn FI was recommended this location as the closest to the storage unit & the new address. When I arrived at the location, the truck was more damaged than the online checkout process showed, and I had to document ALL of the unmarked damage in freezing temperatures. When I opened the back of the truck, NONE of the items I ordered were in the truck, and the location was closed for the weekend. I called U-Haul support, and they sent me to another authorized dealer that had a utility dolly. THAT location was unmanned, with the owner stepping out for lunch and leaving a sign saying "Be back at Noon". I arrived at 1:30pm with no one present, and left after 2pm when U-Haul support called the district manager for the Fort Wayne area and HE couldn't reach the guy who apparently walked out on his job. All of this hassle made us start moving household furniture and boxes HOURS later than we wanted, and we had to work into the night in freezing temperatures to get this done. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had using U-Haul.

Jacob MHad the box you drop your keys in screwed open to a post. No one was there . Called u haul and after 45 minutes on hold someone answered. We were one third of the way back home and told the lady I would return key back to where I picked the truck up. I would have left the keys in open box I'm sure the truck would have been gone. Do not recommend this place to drop of anything.
