They probably need better training on how to deal with U-Haul stuff because they had incorrectly logged the gas milage and when they asked us to double check and we came back with the correct amount they didn't change it on the contract.

Drop off trailer location was BELOW AVERAGE. Pardo's in Richmond Indiana did not have an Uhaul person to accept trailer. Costed me time off my trip and anxiety over dropping off to a open lot. I would not prefer anyone to Pardo's Uhaul in Richmond Indiana.
JASPER AI started out at m&s auto but they could not rent me anything, had to make several more calls before getting equipment from Pardos.

JOHN BThe uhaul agent wasn't available when we were scheduled to pick up the trailer. When called, the agent stated to go ahead and take the uhaul and the paperwork would be completed on Monday. The agent where the uhaul was scheduled to be dropped off stated they would not accept the trailer due to the rental not showing up in their system. The uhaul trailer was returned to the original location where it was picked up. We received multiple phone calls from the uhaul company questioning where the trailer was. I'm hoping the issue has been resolved. It was a very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Paul SI booked a truck in Indianapolis, I need to drive Richmond IN - 80 miles - to pick up the truck. No complain to Richmond office they did a good job. But, It was a lot os stress and energy wasted because of Terrible U-Haul service experience.

They gave me the blankets I asked for but "probably left the appliance dolly on another truck" because they didn't know about it, and I had to load without it. It took 20 minutes to add another driver and some extra mileage though I'd already checked in. The system needs improvements.
Sarah KPeople were very friendly here at this location but were not very knowledgeable on renting a uhaul. My overall wait time to check out was 45 minutes and to return the truck was 15 min. I have an hr combined in waiting.
Tommy HKnow customer information ahead of pick up time. Make sure customer knows how to operate the vehicle completely. No instructions were given.
Ken AThey were out of appliance dollys but were able to get a free one at another U Haul place where we emptied a U Haul storage unit. The place that didn't have a 20 foot truck which Pardo's U Haul did. We were pleased with all employees and both of them working together.
