Claiming the vehicle using the app wasn't seamless. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app to show for my rental to show up. Also the dolly wasn't present even though I ordered one.

Check-in / check-out through the Uhaul app was difficult...poor reception at this location made the app experience less than satisfying.

DAVID SThis is an unfair review of the location. The staff was very friendly and tried to help but the system that U-Haul has gone to (no contact rental) is severely flawed. This was by far the most frustrating rental experience I have ever had. If the location wouldn’t have been open I would not have gotten the truck. Key was in lockbox and not where is was supposed to be BUT the direction from uHaul is very bad
DAVID SMight want to work on the U-Haul app. It does not allow me to log on. Had to call U-Haul tech support to get the truck. The operator of the location had no idea how to assist with the app
Michael BThe location was convenient enough but was a bit sparse on space. My truck has a large turning radius. A few more trailers and it would have been difficult to turn around in the confinement of the parking lot. I returned the car hauler on a Sunday afternoon and the person in charge of rentals was not at the facility.

James BThe man at Paradise Liquors was as rude as he could be!!!! We will NEVER rent or return a truck at this location. We returned the truck about 10:30 am on the day it was supposed to be returned and he said that he wouldn't be able to check it in until later in the day so I didn't get a receipt and he didn't check the truck in until it was considered the next day and I was charged for a another day, luckily we called U-Haul and they credited the money back. We swept the truck out before we took it back and he told us we had to sweep it again or he would charge us $25.00 if he "stepped foot inside the truck". He was very very rude!!!!!

Michelle II was irritated that I had to go a further distance to pick up my rental. Which in such did not have the dolly that I had on my reservation. He was able to pull one from another store, but that required me to go to the place I originally wanted my pick up to get. Trailer was not well maintained. Had a light out, and the ratchet straps were rusted and would not hold. Had to buy extra straps to hold my car on the trailer.

Paul BIf writing a review is answering one question, it’s can you trust them…my answer is no. They will add charges after you leave. They refunded my “ cleaning fees” but the owner of this affiliate can’t be trusted. Go down the road.

randy rThe number of emails generated and actions expected for a rental seems like a bit much. Also, I attached photos of my drivers license yet they still needed to be taken again by the attendant because they apparently weren’t close enough. Other than that, everything else was fine. What happened to the good old days where you just filled out a form, showed your drivers license, and were on your way with no additional messages or requirements?
