The pick up process was terrible. The app wasn't working correctly and I couldn't check in. I called customer service and they had a 30min wait time to be helped. Once I finally got through that process and got the code to the lock box, it ended up being the wrong key for the truck as it didn't fit. It then took us even longer to figure out that process as well. Overall, not a good experience and it put us way behind.

Bryan BooneWhen a person reserves a uhaul from one location that location SHOULD NOT CHANGE. It is uhauls responsibility to have it at that location. When we booked for Brainerd we got a text saying we had to go to Pequot Lakes. That would have been an extra 75 miles because they rented our booking to someone else. That's not right.
Ken BergerFirst of all, you gave me a truck that was one hour away from the location I requested. Then, this location is not open on the weekends so I had to do everything online. It took us half an hour to do the online check in process. And then, 10 minutes to get the key out of the lock box. We are in Minnesota, it’s cold in Decembers The lock was frozen and we had to work it over for 10 minutes to get it unlocked. Maybe don’t allow places that won’t open on the weekends to be Uhaul locations. Or make them out the keys in an entryway. I would give negative stars if I could. And I would never recommend this place to anyone who needs to move on the weekend.
Scott McGerrWhen I drove off with the U-Haul truck, I noticed that the dashboard said I had a low tire or tire. This warning continued until I arrived home. I looked at the tires and did not find any of them obviously low. I was trying to figure out how to fill the tires, but it was getting dark. In the morning, the warning did not come on, so I don't know what was going on. Also the contract said I ordered safe move coverage at $48, when in fact I ordered $30. At the time I signed the agreement, I was not told I would be expected to have the U-haul app installed on my phone, so I could fill out the form and take a picture of the grounds at the time of return of the truck and the key.

LEE DEROSIEREquipment was old, but operational. Cost seemed excessive. Twice what we paid in the spring. We will probably not be using this piece of equipment again. It would be cheaper to drive the vehicle vs tow dolly.

Julie PihartIt was difficult to figure out the pickup information to get started and to drop off. It was a Sunday, so we could not speak to anybody, so we figured it out on our own which took nearly an hour of our pickup time, which began around 9:00 and half hour to figure out how to drop it off. It was frustrating. But eventually we figured it out. It shouldn't be that difficult and so time consuming.

Brian BarnardI rented a trailer and service was great and location. But there were like 20 trailers there and i seriously got the crappiest one out of them all. Rusting paint chipping. Was not clean. I don’t understand out of all the trailers I got the one that was in the worst condition and shape? Is it by random that they are chosen? I was kinda baffled by it. The only one and I mean the only one that you couldn’t read the numbers on and the only one dirty and paint chipping?! I had to put my camping stuff in there and food and just in general pull it a distance and back and seamed kinda rough on everything. All the other ones looked brand new? It was actually embarrassing how it looked and like I said there were seriously 20 other ones that looked at least 90% better. I even bought a hitch and an electric hook up from the store coating almost $40.00 more and I purchased insurance immediately no questions asked also drive a nice suburban with full coverage. I felt a certain way spending all the money no questions asked and received a rusty paint chipped dirty trailer……….. so ultimately was thankful it was in a great location and service was excellent but felt like I got shorted big time. I never complain about things but just wondering why this happened. The Guy definitely could see and hear me say that the trailer was a disappointment compared to what i thought I was renting. He did nothing about it. Again just confused of why I paid top dollar and got crapped on. I returned it cleaner than it was also. Thank you

david lichay1. Lock box did not unlock. Went to exact location where the Uhaul app showed 2. Lock on truck rear storage door did not unlock. Sent there by Uhaul support. 3. Finally, was assigned a new truck, lock worked 4. Did not know ahead of time that I need 2 phone verifiers, or my passport, or work verification.... 5. All of this cause 1.5 hour delay in picking up truck.
