Trailer right tail light wouldn't work. Had to have trailer so we still picked it up. Wasn't very clean as well. Also, we had to travel 60 miles round trip to pick up the trailer.

I was told with only two days befor my move across country that the truck I had reserved was not available. I was given a smaller truck which meant I had to rent an inclosed trailer also instead of being able to two my car. I had to drive 120 miles round trip to pick up the truck plus drive the truck back plus had to pick up trailer at another location. I was greatly inconvenienced by this and had to spend more money than planed for the different trailer and extra gas to drive two vehicles across country.

There was no one at this location when I dropped the truck off. I ended up dropping the key and the contract in the "after hours" box, even though it was only about 2:30 in the afternoon. Although I made sure everything was in order, it would have been nice to have someone verify that the gas tank was filled to the proper level and that the blankets were returned. Would also have liked to have left with an invoice showing a "0" balance.

I was supposed to pick the trailer up from another location but the other location did not have the trailer I needed. When I got to the Parachute location the lady even after asking all of the vehicle information got it all wrong. When she was done entering everything she handed me the paperwork and said you are good to go. Didn't come out to make sure that I connected everything correctly or not. After I had everything loaded and I my way I found out that the wiring was messed up and caused the brakes to catch and the lights to not work properly. There was also a slow leak in one of the tires that we had to constantly stop and air up.

We were given a truck with half a tank of gas and told by the service person at this location that if we returned the truck with half a tank, that would be fine. When we returned the truck in Rangely, Colorado, we were charged $45 for not leaving the tank full. $45 we needed for food to feed us.

I am livid that I was charged so much. I was put off twice for trucks reserved within 1-2 miles from my home and home I moved too. U-haul messed up my reservation twice. I was forced to go 25 miles away to get a truck very ladt minute, and ended up costing more for mileage thsn teuck rental. Even though you discounted mileage .40c, it still should have been eliminated. I was planning on $45 tops which it would have been had the truck I reserved been st at the initial site in the first place. I will not use UHaul again. You robbed me

This is a fantastic place to rent your truck! They are so super nice and are on top of what they need to do to get you ready. Just be sure that you select everything you need on the web site as they don't always have everything in stock (like blankets)

Turned in car hauler 1/2 hour late due to snow storm in town. Was charged an extra full day. UHaul centers were fine but the charge for the extra 1/2 hour due to unforeseen circumstances was over the top. To bad other rental firms don't have car haulers or I would not use UHaul again. I will seek out other avenues in the future first.

Well you guys calculated the milage wrong and cost us more money! I was very disapointed that that is one thing i would have to know for sure. Well lesson learned. Don't trust any company to help you save. And the wheels on the apliance dolly were so worn down it fell over on my two year old as he walked by. I was very dipapointed in the amount of dust and dirt in the pickup location. So to help others out you need to get the milage right and have equipment that is in good working order. The truck was clean and well cared for and the people were very nice. There was just a lack of help with the little detailes that make a move better.

I received a phone call giving me an address and location of the drop off location. I dropped off the trailer the day before it was due. Because of the holiday, this location was closed on Monday, July 5th. I received text message after text message telling me that the trailer was over due. A phone call from the company would have been more appreciated then several texts- to me this was unprofessional. When I tried to call the location I received an answering machine- a message was left and I still continued to receive the texts.

The pickup place was old and not well kept. The people were nice, but the facility was not attractive. The office area was very unkept and unorganized.
