At first, we were told U-Haul closed at 1:00 when we went to pick it up. We should've first been asked if we ordered it online. I got charged for a 15' when I ordered a 10'. Not happy about that and will be taking it up with the manager. Thank heavens for screen shots!!! But the gentlemen that helped us out, was a definite 10/10. He was fantastic. Your online service, however… needs. Fixed!!!!
Anita RInside of truck could use a good sweep and mop. Little dents here and there. They don't affect anything from working. The person that helped me was very helpful and polite. Knew the answers to all the questions I asked. Would rent from here again.
AMBER SMake sure that the proper key to the reservation is in the right box for the customer to pick up so they don't have a headache like I've had to deal with due to the fact I was unable to put any of the truck information in on the app, and I'm still dealing with the problem I was unable to put the information in. I had to call customer service multiple times. Due to the fact, I only kept the truck for four hours and some odd minutes and I actually did not leave the U-Haul parking until after 10 o'clock due to the fact I had to find the truck That was not on the reservation app. I had to go by the key. I had to call to get the lockbox unlocked to get the key and slot number four. I had eight people waiting on me to help me pack up the U-Haul. It was a constant headache and I'm still dealing with it! It use to be so easy and not exhausting to rent a u-Haul. I actually had it reserved from the 13th to the 15th and I returned it on the 14th because I did not need it any longer and I should not have been charged for two days so disputing that also! The phone customer service personnel have been amazing. They've been understanding. They've tried to make sense of all this, but by the U-Haul guarantee the rental guarantee that is not the truck. I was supposed to get that right. There is a breach of contract.
Jeana HService the trailer..it had damage when I picked it up.left rear brake turn signal doesn't work..and I have a cdl A the trailer brakes need adjusted at the very least if not replaced.but I got the job done.scary switching lanes with no left turn signal.i told the the guy that rented it to me about turn signal brake light being out.he said it was led nothing he could do all though there was other trailers on the lot had me stay with the one with no tail light. To much paper work to switch trailers I guess

Shannon WYes I would..the only improvement would be that they come out to help unhook from my truck.they helped hook it up but said just pull around and unhook trailer..but over great place nice folks.

JOYCE SI only used this location on a Sunday and there was no one there: it was just a drop off location. Not much room to park my truck but overall the location was easy to find. Not sure if this is a place that has someone on staff on Saturdays or not for pickups. Otherwise okay.
JOAN AExtend hours. Pickup at 10a- I've already lost a couple hours work time. And when it's hot, earlier is better!

MICIAH KI had a great experience but I had to go add more money to my card to pay the remaining balance and I was having issues with the app. I think you guys should add a place where you can pay the rest after you've returned the uhaul when it's after hours. It would make things alot easier

Clair MI put more gas I the truck than what was in it. The worker told me I would be charged 12.50 for gas. I questioned it and she told me I had to call uhaul. There was a 1/2 tank when I got it. I have a pic of the gas Guage and it is well over 1/2 tank when I turned in. I should have not been charged for gas.
Melissa MThe employee was rude, never wants to hook up trailers , I am disabled and cannot do it. They don't want it dropped off after 5 even if we get help to unhook it . We use it only because it is convenient.

David GI ordered a utility hand cart to go along with the truck and this location doesn't carry add-ons. I had to go and buy a hand cart to move the heavy objects.
Ronnie WI was told if I only had the uhaul one day that's all I would be charged. I was still charged for 2 days and out was marked wrong in the system
Lauren MOnly women to hook up trailer had to draft some guy to help. Did not inform that they closed the u-haul at 5 pm and didn't want to take it at 5:20. Very poor accommodations for a uhaul. Trailers need to have jacks on them to ease hooking up.
KENNETH KThe windows were so dirty,I had to clean them, the inside cab could have been cleaner, it had an odor so driving 4 hours with that odor was not fun.

John DNot park Overtop broken sharp stone and don't say you'll get your 100 dollar "deposit" back when you drop it off if you don't get it back. Also did no walk around to show my what was already known to be damaged on truck. Very unprofessional.
Paul PI first tried to rent from the Ripley location, the man was rude because I apparently interrupted his lunch. He then made me wait until he was done eating then told me he didn't have a 26ft truck to call the ravenswood location I said i would and id be right back and he said we'll I have to get my kids. The ravenswood customer service was great! I did not however receive the dolley I requested.
HANNAH Ntried to drop it off at the original drop off location after hours and your app didn't work, that was extremely inconvenient. Also the site I ended up dropping it off at doesn't show up on your website or app.

Also told me there were no car dolly's and there were three. Multiple lies were told over the course of my dealings with U-Haul. I then set it up to pick up the car hauler in Weston, WV. I called and verified it at the location and they said yes we have it. Later dispatched called and said they don't. Then they said they were closed. I said I just talked to them. He then said that they are not trained to sell it. Then he hung up on us. Unbelievable customer service. Never had trouble before with U-Haul. It was a nightmare. The cost is also terrible for what we received. Then to top off all the trouble I had with picks ups I had a blow out on the freeway in Benton, Arkansas. Awful. Just awful.
