Very little signage at the address. It was in back of a “Party Store” Representative took no interest in a light problem on a returned trailer.

The Customer Service is really great! Your staff make the check out process simple and easy. It would be really helpful to have an Extra Large UHAUL sign on the road. I tell people a d friends about this location all the time, but they miss it because there arnt any signs on the billboard, except for the "Party place" sign.

Karen PackardThis place was great for renting. The U-Haul app is a bit quircky. Just know that when you need to check the boxes that you read the agreement you have to click the link to the documents, scroll to the bottom, click agree and it will automatically check the box for you.

Joe MukulumariVan was filthy. Used a container of clorox wipes just so we could sit on the seats. Fuel gauge didn’t work properly and the engine rattled loudly all the way to Boston and back. We’ve rented for many a college move-ins-dirtiest van by far.

As a bonus, one can get to hear the worlds most annoying ring signal from the office phone. Hilarious! Gas station for filling up the tank up is around the corner. Return of vehicle is a breeze, and again a quick and efficient deal.

allen mooreMy original reservation was in Windham, Maine then got transferred to another location in Windham then transferred again to a location on Warren Ave, in Portland Maine where there was no assistance at time of pick up. After 45 mins of calls by a friend, we were able to get into t he lock box and retrieve the keys tot he truck. Not a good stat to the Day.
arn heggersI was quoted a rate of $292 due at pick up with 49 cents a mile. When I picked up the van instead of the $292 a $450 hold was placed on my account. When I returned the van early driving it less miles than I had planned I was told I owe about $440, which I disputed and brought it up with the staff at the rental location. They stated it was because the mileage rate changed from 49 cents to 89 cents and said that didn't seem correct so they directed me to customer service where they could solve the problem. Customer service directed me to a field operations manager who simply sent me an email and said the rate looked correct, and didn't respond to my email about all the inconsistencies in my rental and just pushed the hold through. There as been no attempt to explain how a rental rate can change over the course of a rental or remedy the situation.
Scott TrouwborstI got caught in a snow storm and the drivers side windshield wiper fell off putting me in a very dangerous situation. I had to use the breakdown lane and keep stopping to clean the window also very dangerous. I managed to see through the drivers side window enough to return the truck. I told the guy in Portland, I asked for a refund and he charged me anyways. I did not get any use out of the truck, paid 25$ in tolls for nothing. I want a full refund!
Robert CollinsI will never use this location again. The Haul I received was FILTHY. Absolutely saturated in mud. We swept the vehicle, but still all of my belongings were covered in mud. Several items were not useable after moving due to the inability to remove the mud that was caked on. There was nobody available at the facility to speak with, so we were stuck with what we got.
Timothy PeareI like our neighborhood UHaul,but on the Saturday I had a bad experience with the Lady in the office ,refused to book me a Truck and said we don't work on Sundays, and again changed to have only van . I got out and booked online in 2 mins was confirmed to pickup a truck Sunday at the same location. Customers we deserve better service.
