Change your prices :-) Charging a customer to use the dolly and blankets is ridiculous. There should also be some unlimited mileage. 1.39 per mile is almost triple what we are required to pay our employees for using a personal vehicle for work. My 29.99 rental for 27 miles, came out just under 100.00 AND I wasn't even able to have the truck the full 24 hours like I was supposed to.LISA S.
I was charged an extra 70 + dollars because I turned the uhaul a couple of hours after. I had ten days to turn in the truck. No one told me it had to be turned in at the exact time I picked up the truck. I was only informed about the ten days, which I did turn the truck in at the ten day mark. I called uhaul customer service and they refused to refund the additional charges. It is not like the truck had already a customer lined up to rent the truck right away. Matter of fact, it still sitting in the same spot I parked it when I returned it. POOR customer service.RONNY D.

The information provided from the uhaul rep over the phone was absolutely terrible. There was so much lack in communication. I wasn't told about gas price. Price per mile. Insurance. Etc. it Seemed like she (Joyce) just wanted to get me into a truck.. which is very poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend Uhaul ever again. I'd rather call a moving company to do the work for me. Or use a different company. Luckily the owner/manager there was apologetic and showed sincerity in agreeing that was unprofessional. Great guy. My reservation was changed the day prior from a 26 foot to a 15 foot truck. The pickup location was also changed, requiring a 75 mile trip. When I arrived the app was "Undergoing scheduled maintenance" and after being on hold for 33 minutes, my reservation expired. This was the worst experience ever.tod N.

I had ordered and paid for an appliance dollie. It was not in truck when I picked it up. This made my move extremely difficult and took the movers 3 hours longer and damage happened to my walls. This costed me tons more money for the extra time for movers and damage repair. When I rented equipment I expected Uhaul to follow through. Very poor service!!!Connie C.

The GPS verification for the location pickup was pretty picky. It took us six tries before we were standing in just the right spot for the system to verify that we were at the correct siteKatherine C.
The family that owns this storage, U-Haul company very nice and friendly. My problem was that I tried calling them for 3 days straight several times a day because I had to take two trips with their truck and the same town from the storage to my new home. I left them telephone messages letting them know that I would be keeping the truck for an extra day. No one ever answered their telephone, resulting and me not receiving I'll reply that they knew that I still had their truck. Further, two of my upholstery furniture pieces were wet that were stored on one side of the truck. Upon inspection after the furniture was removed from the truck it appeared that the trucks roof but there had been an attempt to fix a leak. The mattress that was wet on the side was wet and it was brand new and expensive. Another piece in the same area had water damage but it wasn't as expensive. There may have been a reasonable reason why they were not in the office during these days, but during those days it was frustrating but there is no customer service. A couple of days before I rented the storage units their open sign turned on, and I waited for over an hour for somebody to appear. There was frustrating not to be able to contact anyone in their office. To this day I still have not heard back from them after three days. It's for these reasons I likely would not recommend this site to a friend.Jaime S.

The drop box instructions were very confusing. The sign on the door said one thing and the sign on the drop box said another. I ended up having to call your customer service to get checked in and leave the key.Craig H.
I didn't like the change to turning in the truck. No advance info about the new process. No advance notice that the truck needs to be running to verify the gas and mileage. Then having to take pictures of said items and even having to take pictures of the cargo area.Jim P.

The service was good, Overall I got great customer service but this was not the location I reserved for picking up my uhaul. I found out the day before that my Uhaul was not going to be at my requested place but 25 minutes north of where I live and then not at the time I requested and set up. It worked out but that part was frustrating. Service was good though. Equipment was great. The app worked well. I will rent again. : )Mark F.

Papas locker was great to work with. However this particular truck is a safety hazard.it was stressful to drive and has a problem with what felt like the front left side suspension. The truck pulls to the right and when a bump is hit or the truck rocks left or right, the steering wants to automatically turn the wheel left. Glad my drive was only local and on non highway roads. Can't imagine driving this on the freeway. The front end is not rightBrett S.

I paid online to speed up the pickup process. They called to have me pickup a day early, so I took time off work to get there Friday before they closed. After being ther for almost 2 hours and having to pay an extra $362, which I knew wasn't right. I took the usual. I never had such an agonizing, uncomfortable time at a business as I did that afternoon. Xendra, I believe was the name of the associate helping me, was very kind but had no luck fixing the program or getting good help on the line. She was as frustrated as I and even tried to get them to give me a perk for my time, with no luck. I had to get the dolly at a different location the next day. When I called, they said I owed even more! I gave him Kevin's name, and said it is all messed up. When I got there, Kevin was there. Said I did over pay but they were unable to give me a refund but will give me an upgrade on tow insurance where I would actually owe them, but they were going to let me have it, Thanks! My head was in a spin of confusion and I needed to load and get out of town the next day, so I took it and left.Both associates were clearly nervous and hoping I didn't make a fuss cause they couldn't fix a darn thing in the usual program. No one at both locations could give me ANY correct numbers or answers on ANY charge. It was THE WORST service I have ever gotten! The unadulterated program should be thrown out and in this day and age a more user friendly and ACURATE one should be installed!Jennifer K.
