I have nothing against Paola Glass or the equipment. I used the 24/7 checkout, and the equipment was fine. HOWEVER, that is where my positive comments end. The 24/7 checkout was an absolute joke. The e-mail link that I was given was awful. Totally non intuitive web site. Even when I was on line with a representative, the representative struggled to get me checked out. I know I'm wasting my time with this evaluation, as I'm sure nothing will change. Rest assured, I will never rent from U-haul again unless I can go in and talk to representatives face to face.

Put trailer tongue jacks on them its strange to think there is no way to support the trailer when you hook up and un hook other than a human . Good way to get a back injury for someone.

How about you not make coustomers travel over an hour to pick up a truck at a new designated location? Your customer services on a networking level was so bad when comparing this experience to my needs of a customer who signed up for this a week in advance at another pickup location that I could walk too; other than changing the location at 2am the morning of the pick up date. A change like that caused me to be a day late and I ended up paying a day rent fee of $40 extra out of the “apology” refund of $50 to change locations. Your services are rediculus aside from the actual physical staff at these locations actually doing their jobs being ur company’s face, you scum working the technical background arnt worth salt embedded in the soles of their boots. I will never use your services again due to your lack of professionalism.

Was told all I need to do if dropping off the Uhaul after hours is drop the key in the drop box at the destination location. There was actually a number I was suppose to call to confirm the drop off time. So I figured this out a day later and got charged for a full extra day. Should have read the receipt that was emailed to me but just took the persons word for it. It would be nice if they knew the process and did not misinform customers.

Im not sure who dropped the ball, but I called in to do my contract over the phone, the keys were left in the UHaul for me. I then during the process of the day as moving, received two voicemails. when I called them back after finishing moving, I was told the UHaul had been reported/noted as stolen from the lot. I'm not sure if they had notified the police or not. Someone definitely dropped the ball. I'll use UHaul again in the future, but I wanted to note, that I'm not sure if it was reported stolen. had it been what an embarrassing moment had I been pulled over I would have been livid. When I called in to do the contract over the phone, the lady seemed confused I called. Just said yep the keys are in it, I noted it had 1/4 of a tank of fuel and took pics of the damage to the vehicle. IT was just a confusing mess. The lady I spoke to in the end who completed my contract was great, she did apologize and let me keep the truck a little longer---- I didn't need it but it was nice to not rush. Whomever took my call to start my contract at 930 ish am on Saturday definitely did not understand what was going on. Just poor communication between the teams/branches.

This place looks closed down, there's an old bus behind/next to the building with someone living in it. Building is not heated, poorly lighted, dirty, disassembled motorcycle in the center of the floor. U-Haul really needs to inspect this location!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! Business was closed 30+ minutes before the hours said they would be and had no intent on answering their phone or returning the calls after I left multiple voicemails, and now I'm being punished because of their HORRIBLE service. Do not ever go to this establishment!
