FRANK MARINOI dropped off the truck between their business hours and no one was there. A note on the door started that they were "running errands". I did leave the truck, and dropped the key in the night drop. They did call me later, but, it was an uneasy process.

Which I guess it was on account of the extra time I needed to ensure it was returned in more adequate condition. Service clerk was not pleasant either. Hate that my money went here. But I did get the job done. That's good.

Paul CapodannoThe moving truck I rented smell awefull of cigarette smoke. And the back of it was dirty. I made sure and replaced the gas in it but was still charge for 4 more gallons at 5.00 per gallon. I had reserved a truck the night before but when I got there all that was left was the large one.There is also a 21.00 charge on there that I’m not even sure what it is.

michael krbecI had reserved for 4:30 pm and I arrived at 3:45 U-haul rep. would not let me check in for 4:30 I needed that hour to get trailer back , she makes up her own rules and said that she is not allowed to reserve trailer that close to closing time. She also takes it upon herself to add all the insurance plans even though I clicked them off on website. Then SUPRISE your bill goes from 38.94 to 78.78 in a click of her button. I had to leave the job site at 3:05 after being told if I'm late will be charged another full day , oh and she said someone might need the trailer at 4:30 , wait you specifically told me you don't rent trailers for 4:30 pickup so which is it? I hurt my body pushing myself to hard to unload the rock in the trailer , I fucking threw up and still in pain today and you know why ? because I needed that other hour and not be rushed in 103 heat. Also check my past rentals at this location , I never added any protection on trailer , she adds them on her own and then lies and says I clicked it on website CALL BULLSHIT In fact I want those fees put back on my card. Please feel free to call me 509-263-9529 I am not even lying about this location and woman.

My only complaint was I was charged safe towing which I clicked denied online but when I got to Panther Storage and Uhaul was charged 16.99 , at the time I did not know that since I reserved on-line and made sure to cancel that option which it is a option. paul ontiverosIt took a day and multiple calls to Uhaul to find a return location. Once I finally found a location, there was no one there during business hours to accept the return. After an hour on the phone with customer service, I finally received a call from the location owner who said "Uhaul is awful" apologized and told me to park the trailer and she would take care of the return from there.

I was notified the truck pick up location had been changed to another location and on the pickup date I drove 35 minutes to that location and once there I was told it was not there and I had to drive an hour away in the opposite direction to pick it up at another location. I had called the day before to confirm but no one answered the phone at the location.

Karen went above and beyond to make sure my equipment arrived and was ready for me, which after my first experience I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to do the move at all! Again Karen was a rock star best communication of all three locations I have to visit.

The app was extremely buggy and took forever to get checked in. It would have been easier to just manually enter all my information when I arrive.

I was disappointed because I had to make multiple trips for my move. Yall should have a confirmation time to pick up. It would save lots of disappointment.

David GallanderI wouldn't recommend uhaul to anybody. I received multiple texts and emails from UHaul all telling me different drop off locations and different deadlines for dropping off. They charged me for an extra day because the last deadline was 5 hours prior to my original contracted deadline.

Amery VassoThe facility failed to set up the mobile pick up I had scheduled. I was forced to wait over an hour for the office to open so I could get my rental. The lady in the office was rude and blamed me. She said I scheduled it too late for mobile pick up even though I made my reservation a week ahead and then she told me my reservation time was “California time” even though we are in Texas. She did everything except admit that she just failed to do her job. I will never use this location again. Extremely rude.

MARVIN GARZAPick up location gave a set of instruction for dropping off the trailer that was in exact opposition to drop off location. So I was stuck with my car on the trailer and no way to get it off until several non employees were willing to help me with the process. Very frustrating. Resulted in my having reschedule my unloaders, leaving very little time for them to do their job. Was lucky that they could work with me as they had another job following mine. Uhaul needs to have more consistent process for returns of trailers.
