Where do I contest the mileage, gas, cleaning, and any other made up fees I was charged for? I drove a total of 10 miles and somehow am being charged for over 200? This is ridiculous. I was told the tank would be full when I got it, but it was not, so I filled back up to 3/4 where I found it. Nice work out there running an honest business.

Very disorganized. Made a reservation over a month ago but five days prior to picking up went in to verify and was informed at that time they weren’t open the day we reserved it for or two days prior to that as well. Then they didn’t have the equipment we needed nor did anyone in the three cities comprising our community. Literally a nightmare dealing with their schedule and lack of equipment.

They were open and I was the only one there. I pulled in and backed up next to other trailers. After waiting 10 mins, I disconnected and set trailer (with their Tri-pod and tongue Jack) by myself. Then went in to check in, the and person greeted me by saying “we got it, we will get it checked in on Monday”. The poorest customer service I’ve ever seen. That just sat there and watched me do their job.

The car dolly had a flat ( I didnt realize it was flat until our first stop after a couple hours)....I wasnt impressed with the customer service, and when returning it, the guy there was closing the gate and wouldn't let me drop it off so I had to self drop it off outside their premises, again, not the best customer service.

Driving the truck was a little scary. The transmission sounded real bad. I was afraid it wasn't going to make it the little distance I need it to go.

The equipment was clean but not well maintained. The windshield wipers desperately needed to be replaced. The seatbelt was difficult to operate, frequently locking up when I tried to extend the strap. Shifting gears was difficult. I don't know if this was due to the design of the transmission or indicative of needed maintenance. The lack of air conditioning made the first half of my drive to Seattle quite uncomfortable.

I reserved a utility dolly along with my trailer. The dolly was never provided. However, after calling customer service the contract was revised and I was promised a credit for the Dolly in a few days.

There was an issue with the driver's door. When I closed it and drove toward the rental place, at 20 mph, I found that it was not completely closed. I opened it, closed it carefully, and again at 20 mph, found that it was not completely closed. I was then able to close it properly. If possible, the driver's seat on this model should be moved 1 inch to the right. This would give a better angle for closing the door, with more force and a better ergonomic position, allowing it to be properly closed on the first try.

This time went fine. The last time I dropped off a trailer at this location (about a year ago) there was an 18 to 20 year old working there that was the son of the owner. He had no interest or understanding of customer service. It was very sad. I almost called his parents.

The vehicle was dirty including a plate of raisins on the dash. Stuff in the back. The kid didn’t even walk me to the rig and show me a few minor details. Told me to just look for the numbers on the overhang. I had to call road side assistance while driving because the dome light accidentally got turned on and it was a button that was the dash adjustment. Minor thing he could have said this is a common thing people do here is how to fix it.

They forgot to put the dolly into the truck. I called and let them know and Tammy loaded it into her vehicle and drove it to my place. Super helpful and glad I used them again for my moving needs.

P&K TriCity Towing was close to home and provided everything I needed for the 5X7 trailer I pulled 3000 miles across country without incident. The trailer was ready when promised and clean. Loading pads were added upon request and an adapter/converter for the electrical plugin. A man from the company hooked up the trailer before I left, then took a picture of the hookup for his records. We had no problems driving/towing from Richland, WA to our home in Farmville, NC. Using a 5X7 trailer saved us a thousand dollars compared to a small truck and we got better gas mileage - more savings over 3000 miles. We were given 10 days to make the trip which was more than enough.

They were VERY good to us and both myself and my 2 workers we thought everything went just very excellent. Great service !!!!! It really helped us a lot getting the yard debris all moved out to the dump. THANKYOU AGAIN !!!

Our only complaint is that when we booked the truck online it didn’t specify the location of the pickup. We went to the west Richland location first and they informed us they did not have our truck we reserved at that location. It was a little inconvenient to go to two different locations to pick up our truck that was reserved in advance.
