The owner needs to learn how to manage his convenience store and u-haul rentals simultaneously. He charged me for 99 miles and I only used 13 and has not refunded my money. I had to wait for him to finish waiting on customers in the store before he could assist me.

Make sure there is a dolly and coverings in the truck
Cashier took all other customers making a purchase first. Did not give credit for overcharge on dolly as instructed via paperwork from pick up location. Miscounted pads returned.
We dropped the truck off at this location at almost 11:00 on Sunday evening. It was dark and unsafe, then pictures for drop off had to be taken in this environment. Not some place I as a female would have dropped off truck by myself and gone through the many steps to do so.
Location lacked a visible drop box with clear instructions for after hours. We were charged for extra days and unnecessary cleaning fees.
They were a brand new location, they still were unsure of the return process. I would not recommend them until they have a bit more training.
