Not what I’ve reveiced every other time I’ve rented a moving truck and the picture on the wall inside the truck even shows the type I asked for. So I did not have the cart I needed to move large objects tiday

Tom FitesThe equipment I rented was not road ready, I was unable to use the equipment because of a problem with the vehicle, I was still required to pay the daily rental fees. I had filled it with fuel and was not reimbursed for the fuel. Very frustrated with the whole experience. Expectations when I rent a vehicle, it has been certified to be road worthy and there is no way they verified that on this vehicle before they rented it to me. I WAS STILL REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THE RENTAL!!

Joe MathahsWhen I picked up the truck I was told it had 1/4 tank of gas in it. Before driving off the lot I checked the gas gauge and it was below 1/8 of a tank. I was warned that I had to bring it back with 1/4 tank. Went inside got the employee to look at it. He came out and quickly made some initial marks on the paperwork that it was at 1/8 tank or less. They made it right by me, but what a headache!

De SHIMEKI hated the on-line check in. I could not get the app to work which was very frustrating. It delayed our moving time. I am quite new to a mobile phone but still think the process should have been easier than what I experienced. The personnel in the office were friendly and accommodating.

I did. I informed the employee that when i picked the truck up, it did not have the additional equipment i requested.

Melinda FarlandThere were some obvious issues that needed addressed, however the truck ran fine. The first is that the brake cylinder seemed to be leaking which was apparent from audible sound while driving and braking. There also may have been a hub issue on the rear driver side wheel making a cacophony of different sounds while turning. It was clean and didn’t have any issues that were bad enough to shut it down but it was likely nearing that point.
