The truck would not start and I had to wait 3 hours for someone to jump it off. I had movers at the house waiting on me at $120 per hour. Very unhappy customer

I made an online Reservation for 7:30 am pick up and when I went to pick up the truck and dolly the store clerk said nobody will be in until 9:00 am with u-haul. So I couldn’t get the truck I had movers waiting on me to get the truck so my whole day was messed up
Cynthia BrownWe drove up to drop the truck off at the Thomasville location. The teller refused to come outside and check the mileage or the truck. They refused to give us a receipt. As it turned out the location was not technically active and they did not bother to tell us and we had no way of knowing. They took the key anyway and it was only with great effort that we got them to check it in timely. They should have their dealership revoked. Their service is unacceptable.

Jerry HancockVERY DIRTY establishment, no one speaks English. VERY HORRIBLE NONE EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This location should not be allowed to be part of the UHaul network! I will encourage my friends, family, Google reviewers and others that I can reach via Yelp etc DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING! IIT IS ALSO VERY DIRTY AND THE AREA IS UNSAFE!!! I will definitely be looking for options other than UHaul going forward.
Franchasica GibsonThe lock box was difficult to open. Maybe consider installing a different lock box combination for ease of access. Also, the lock box's height in relation to the average person's size was too high on the pole. Had to stand on tiptoes.
Andrea SalterAfter arriving at the location at 10:45 am for an 11 am pickup I was told that the person who handles Uhaul rentals would not be showing up that day. After sitting on the phone for two hours with different departments at Uhaul the gas station employees were able to get me the keys. The truck had not been cleaned before I picked it up.
Benjamin HardenThe owner needs to learn how to manage his convenience store and u-haul rentals simultaneously. He charged me for 99 miles and I only used 13 and has not refunded my money. I had to wait for him to finish waiting on customers in the store before he could assist me.

George HooverWe dropped the truck off at this location at almost 11:00 on Sunday evening. It was dark and unsafe, then pictures for drop off had to be taken in this environment. Not some place I as a female would have dropped off truck by myself and gone through the many steps to do so.
Laura GentleLocation lacked a visible drop box with clear instructions for after hours. We were charged for extra days and unnecessary cleaning fees.
