I am curious as to the email I received immediately after renting that said I had 22 hours and some minutes. Why would I not have 24 hours to return the vehicle?

Had to provide personal information seven times while waiting 45 minutes to complete rental agreement. Employee had to call main office three times before we had to start the process over with another employee at the main office. No posted prices or explanation of charges. No written copy of the rental contract either before or after rental.

Picking up my track took over 2 hours do to your computer system, I had friends/family waiting to help me. Mark the owner tried to compensate by charging me only 50.00 instead of the 103.00 plus tax, Now I was charged from the drop off location, CDA-ID 60.00,on Monday and I have another contest with CDA. This is not the consumers fault it is U-Haul, I have reached out to owner Mark at the Palouse location, no return call back yet. I am not a satisfied customer at all. Sharlie Siron

NO OFFENSE TO WOMAN BUT BOTH LOCATIONS SPOKANE AND MOSES LAKE NEED TO HAVE A MALE ON SITE DUE TO LIFTING HEAVY OBJECTS AND MAYBE HAVE TOOLS TO PUT ON TOW HITCH OR BALL FOR TOWING. OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WENT WELL AND THANKS AGAIN FOR GREAT SERVICES...

The U-Haul app was terrible to use, it glitched more than it worked properly and we had to call customer service to both pick up and drop off successfully. Will never use the after-hours service again.

Pick-up and use of the truck was excellent. However, the return process is messy. The first step of the return is to drop the keys into the lock box. Then, the app requests photos of the interior with the odometer information. I had already dropped the keys back into the box (and had locked the truck) so it was impossible to complete. Ultimately, I knew that I had traveled approximately 16 miles, but could not remember the initial odometer amount. With the doors locked, I had to guess the amount until the app told me I had traveled 16 miles. The return process is not conducive. The remainder of the experience, however, was great.

I took the free upgrade and that was very generous however I really didn’t need it and filling up the tank at the destination made me regret taking it.

We had some problems with the online return process, but the lady at this location was very helpful and got our problems resolved very quickly. She was incredibly nice to work with and I would highly recommend this location.
