Leonor BThey are charging me $163 for missing 24 blankets that I never received! When I entered the store, they told me I could leave and they’d email me a receipt. I was not in a hurry and would have preferred to check the uhaul in with. A live body. I knew I was going to get screwed when she said “I’ll receive an email with invoice”….yep!

Gabriel Pit is a good location to rent anything to haul what ever you need i ben used uhaul store for while i mean when i need end they treat me like real person no complain

David BThe agent who assisted with trailer apparently did not secure the trailer and it came off the ball as I was driving. It was empty, driving in town 35MPH & chains held. I called to inform agent. A gentleman assisted in securing trailer. That was scary. Grateful I was going slow. M

Joe CI would start with having the U-Haul representative on-site. I completed the rental over the phone. I then had to complete the physical acceptance of the trailer on my own. This is very different than what I am used to with the U-Haul dealers in Kansas who go out of their way to make sure you a have good/safe experience.
MARK LI was told I had to do everything online and when I went to pick it up there was a customer waiting for assistance to rent a uhaul.
Melinda CAdvise that cell reception if using the uhaul app on the phone might be limited. It took me 20 minutes to process the drop-off because of that

Robert JReally pissed me off, I picked the vehicle up with 5/8 of a tank and returned it with 5/8 of a tank. Never got any paperwork on it but I was told I was a 1/16 low and it was going to cost me $8 bucks. I didn't really care about the 8 bucks but it's just the principal of the thing that pisses me off.
