I was not informed of the charge per mile. So I was hit with a bill that was more than twice the original price. Had I known this I would not have rented this uhaul. I felt like this information was hidden because it is unpleasant. I paid $300 for less than 24 hours of use. That is unacceptable. This location needs to work on communication, and maybe uhaul needs to overthink its policies in general. I will never use this company again because of this. It is absurd that uhaul charges $1 a mile. Because of this you have lost a customer and I will make sure I tell people what happened to me so they rethink renting a truck in the future.

Location was closed and was not going to open for more than another hour. Dropped keys and paperwork through mail slot.Apparently everything was okay as I did not receive a call about anything. Just can't rate!

I reserved online. This was the first rental from Palmetto Storage. The gentleman in the office was very good and answered all my questions. I will be back again for sure.
