Heidi GravesI haven't driven a 26 foot u-haul prior to this experience, so I have limited knowledge of these trucks. So for a first time driver the truck was easy to drive . My only real complaint was that the whole vehicle felt as though every wheel needed to be balanced ( vehicle loaded or empty). The truck had a terrible shake to it all the time ( not sure it's normal especially when u- haul advertises smooth ride ). I felt the staff could have been more knowledgeable about some questions concerning the details of the rental agreement, without me having to read the whole thing. The staff were friendly and courteous enough. Overall experience the truck did what it was supposed to do so I'm happy. P.S. avoid parking on grass in wet conditions the tires on the vehicle have minimal grip for situations like that and you could very likely get stuck!

Ryan PetersenU-Haul had booked me to return the truck 30 min away to a location that was Not open for the summer. Had I not tried to research this return location I would have spent +++ on gas and miles and time. I did this prior to leaving and then had to speak to 3 service reps to let them know ! They then changed my location. This is not okay U-Haul. You need to do better.

Krista CochraneSelf checkout is NOT an easy process.It took me 4 hours of precious moving time to finally get the app to work and get into my truck.Huge amount of stress added to an already stressful time!! Then the furniture dolly I ordered wasn't even in the truck so 4 women moved an entire home pretty much by hand! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
Tamara DeasingtonWe dropped of the truck after hours so did not have any dealings with the staff. Area was well lit and lots of space to park the truck. Easy to find the key box for after hours drop offs. Easy to get to from the highway.

Peter HoganTruck broke down twice due to a stretched to the limit park drive cable. Had to have road side service, and take truck to another location to replace. Lost a day on moving because of poor maintenance between rentals. Other than that the Uhaul treated me good for this, and everything worked out in the end, and I got moved to where I wanted to. I suffer PTSD with anxiety disorder, and when I told anyone I was dealing with, they treated me properly. Thank you Michael Blois
michael bloisI originally requested to pick up at the location on Millennium Drive, but received noticed it had been changed to the location on Hickey Drive. The day before our scheduled pickup, I received a call advising the location on Hickey Road was closed and would need to go to Palmer Brook Drive. In this conversation, I was not made aware that the location on Palmer Brook Drive would also be closed and I needed to check in online. It took nearly an hour in the parking lot to finally be able to get the truck. Also, during the conversation the day earlier, the person on the phone advised I would receive a 30% discount due to the extra mileage we would incur. This was not reflected on my receipt.

MICHEL LEMIREWhen I went to rent truck I had to wait for someone to unlock office door, when worker unlocked door was met with rude worker like I was bothering him. When I got in truck the gas was below 3/4 and he called it 3/4 got pic. When I returned the truck I had to wait 30min, no one in office again, called number ang got no answer. Tried calling next morning and afternoon still no answer. When I finally got in touch with someone the next day to get the balance amount was told to check email. I rented uh-huh from other local locations and got very good service. Will not be renting from this location again.
Jeff StoneConvenient enough, that there is a location still in Quispamsis. However, using 24/7 pickup was a disaster. The instructions were unclear and I was ill-prepared to provide the “additional” details as there was no mention of needing to in advance (like additional contacts, passport, etc). This led to needing to try contacting someone who worked there or someone over the phone. The fact that this location does not have anyone working on the weekend is beyond me. I would think Saturday/Sunday would be the busier days for moving/storing - and there was no one working to help. The main building was across the lot of the trucks’ location. So needing to walk over to find my truck, walk back over to the office to find a lockbox (that didn’t work - had to manually slide the latch in the cold, as the little trigger did not slide it as designed), walk back to the truck to get started - it all just felt poorly planned and designed. Not user friendly and a frustrating experience. Luckily for me, the 24/7 phone line answered my call and bent their rules to allow me to get my truck and go. I’d think twice before using this service again.

Amanda ChristieAfter the end of a move I found it quite inconvenient at drop off location to have to take pictures of gas needle, odometer, interior of cab, to the back and pics of the back of the truck, and then pic of where we parked the truck. As the location was closed when I arrived and had no pictures or instructions on which truck was mine, I’m not sure why I needed to provide this information to whom ever would be inspecting the truck the next day

Tia HigginsI was quoted the wrong distance and given 10 days to arrive for drop off...I had the vehicle back 2 days early...I feel I should be refunded for those 2 days since the vehicle could be rented again to a new customer. Uhaul is potentially getting paid twice for that vehicle. I want a refund of those two days
Antony PetersI paid a cash deposit and this location didn't have funds to give me that back. Now I'm waiting for a cheque Overall everytime we rent a uhal truck there is always something wrong some kind of issues to make it a quick easy transaction

Matthew EveleighTruck was given to me dirty. I used it for 4.5hrs total. The back of the truck has a panel in the floor that is riveted to keep it closed; this was not such case as some of the rivets had let go and I twisted my foot horribly and have been in pain since. My toes are swollen and it's very hard to walk. I let the guy know this and he just looked at me.... did not appologise nor say anything about the floor. I have pictures of my swollen foot and ankle and the floor about which I am talking about. This guy was totally unreal and I'm disgusted with service or lack there of. I have been injured and this man couldn't care less but to make sure he got every penny from me. Never again I hope someone gets back to me on this matter

Stephen HammMake sure that all money owed is refunded. The time prior to this one we were changed twice for extra day and gas. We had to pay it in cash at the drop off place and then it got taken off the debit card again. We called Uhaul and explained and they said they would refund it but never did. That’s not right. But this time things went fairly smooth and I did receive what was left of my 100 dollar deposit. I paid for an extra day but didn’t use it and I’m not sure if I will get that back.

Steve BuddI ordered 3 sets of blankets which I never got, the location was closed and the 1800 help number did nothing but put it on my file. However I still got charged for the blankets $200+ Terrible customer service. People typically move on the weekends why was there not a local number for me to call.
