I booked on line but the pickup location didn't have all the supplies I ordered

STEFANIE F.This has nothing to do with this pick-up location however I was originally slated to pick-up my rental at a different location and less than 3 hours before my reservation i was notified that I had to go here, which was 13-15 miles out of my way to pick up the size truck I reserved. When I rode by the original pick-up location I was frustrated when I saw 2 of the size trucks I reserved sitting in their lot. I don't understand why the original location said there were no trucks in my size available.
