The person that helped us was friendly but seemed like he wanted to do the minimal work possible. I’m a car auction inspector and also worked for enterprise. I know how walk around a go and when I asked him to come out with us since the car is covered in scratches he wanted us to do everything on the mobile device which isn’t how I reserved my truck. The contract should have been closed out the next day and wasn’t even though you were open for 3 hours today and the truck was returned the previous night. Say on the phone with customer service for over 40 min and never received a call back from the manager. Very disappointed in the service from this location as I’ve rented from the auto house location and never had issues

Weather was cold and staff warmed the Truck while I was filling out the paper work. Taylor was very helpful. Steve is a Mine of local Information and friendly to interact with. Location can be tricky to 'locate' and enter. Watch for the UHaul 'flag' sign.

My problem wasn't with the location or the equipment. It was with how poorly the check in experience was via smart phone check in. Process took 30 minutes!

Well I jumped through all the hoops to get my van 24/7 . And I couldn’t get the code for the lock box. U-Haul had all my information I don’t see why that code just doesn’t come up. That would be to easy. And I was at the U-Haul in Oak Creek and that one isn’t a 24/7 and I was told it was and I couldn’t get that lock box open either. And I was told that I was getting my receipts emailed to me twice and that didn’t happen either . Very disappointed in the service at both U-Hauls. And the Waukesha U-Haul, lady at counter very Nice others very unfriendly.

When I rented the van I asked the person I was talking to if I could stand a queen size mattress on it side in the van. I was assured that I would be able to stand both the mattress and box spring on their side and still have plenty of room. It was NOT possible to stand a queen mattress on it side, after and hour trying to figure out what to do, and having to go get my truck was I able to move what I wanted. Know dimensions of the truck if you’re going to rent them out!

This was not the original loo location selected but worked out fine. Change from 48 blankets was not reflected on the bill (I only wanted and received 12). Desire for late return on Friday wasn't noted when pick up location was changed so I ended up paying another day and another customer was inconvenienced as a result.

Equipment was in great shape, but what really impressed me was the great customer service. I needed a cargo van last second and due to the busy moving weekend all locations in the Milwaukee area had them checked out. Fortunately at this UHaul location they had a van dropped off early and the woman working there remembered my call from early in the day and contacted me. She put in an extensive amount of effort to help me and save my family that weekend. Unfortunately I can't recall her name, but I still wanted to express my gratitude, thank you!!!
