There should be a QR code on each truck that you can scan when you return the vehicle. I could not do the return truck very easy and wasn't able to know for sure if the truck was actually returned. Website kept saying session timed out. Lastly don't make your customers create an account to return the trucks. We get enough spam emails a day.

The windows were rolled down upon pickup and it was pouring rain out so we got soaked. Also, the truck leaked overnight and ruined many boxes and soaked our box spring and mattress as well. No one would answer phones to help us and it caused us so much time and money to launder and replace items, as well as file claims.

The Sentry Drive U-Haul is really just a depot for truck rental and servicing. We rented a truck and purchased moving supplies from the Les Paul Parkway facility. On the day before the rental date, we received a call that a 20-ft truck was not available at the Les Paul location and that we would need to pick up from the Sentry Drive location. The Sentry drive location did not have our supplies (12 small and medium size boxes (each) and a flat panel tv box). The website still indicated that the truck and supplies were still to be picked up at the Les Paul site. Unfortunately my wife had to back track to the Les Paul location to pick up our supplies. While at the Les Paul site, she noticed several 20-ft trucks in the parking lot. Upon inquiry, she was told that "these were not the same 20-ft trucks." The extra confusion in the morning resulted wasted time and mileage on the truck. Thankfully, this was a local move to donate items to the local Restore/Habitat for Humanity. Had this been a real out-of-state move, it would have caused a lot of unnecessary stress and probably an average or below average review. I would like to add that the people at the Sentry Drive location were very friendly and professional. It would seem that this issue originated at the corporate-level.

Proper snow removal on sidewalk and parking lot would make it safer for customers to visit. Other than that, the vehicle was in perfect condition and the employees were very friendly and easy to work with.

Make sure someone is available to provide service when customers show up. I waited for 20 minutes before someone came to help me and there was no one in line. The pick up location was also changed a day before which made me add 45 extra minutes to my journey. That really stunk. Very unhappy with the service. Also the parking lot was full of ice. How do you expect customers to come safely in and out of your store when it is an ice sheet?

I appreciated the timely service, even on a Sunday. The coordinator at the site was very cordial and answered all my questions. Clearly explained policies. Equipment was clean and ready to go. Shorter wait time than other locations I have used. Good customer service.

The online pickup did not work because it couldn't find my location when I started the process. Called the help line and waited 15 minutes. Luckily there was an emplyee onsite and he was able to get me in my rental. Had the same problem when I dropped the truck off. Very frustrating when technology does not work.

The uhaul we picked up at this location wasn't syncing with the auto transport lights/blinkers on the back of the auto transport. The 2 employees at the location where we picked up the auto transport had to fix this issue on the fly right there.

I would only say that the guy working inside is not super friendly. He knew the answers to my questions but wasn't very empathetic when I expressed concern and almost acted like he didn't want to go above to help me. Overall, I was pleased with my experience.

After struggling with UHauls 24/7 systems for 10 minutes a gentleman showed up to just check on some rentals, this was at 6:45a.m which is 2 hours before the store opens, he let me do the rental straight through him instead of the 24/7 system. He was extremely friendly and helpful and made the process very easy. Would recommend this location, not the 24/7 system, to anyone.
