I would NOT recommend this dealer to a friend or an enemy. I was rented a 26' Truck that was missing its catalic (spelling) converter. Dealer rep assured my nothing was wrong with truckâ€¦just needed to warm up. That was not the case and delayed response from Roadside Assistance complicated matters. Did I mention the human feces around the u-haul trailers. Dealer has to clean trailers of human waste every morning. A long time renter from u-haulâ€¦no more.BRAD THOMAS B.

The man at this location entered inaccurate information into the computer to raise my charges. He said there was confetti, grass, and 6 leaves left in the truck upon return. That is not true. Not only did I receive this truck unclean (including a butcher knife), but I returned it swept and empty. There were no pictures taken of the alleged leaves because they weren't there. I am disappointed, to say the least, of this lack of integrity..Amber S.

It took way too long to check the van back in. The guy was super helpful when he did get to me but I had a guy on the clock waiting in the parking lot for me for nearly 40 minutes on top of my time. The attendant was super nice, but I will definitely go to an actual Uhaul point of rental next time for the sake of my company's productivity objectives.Tyler H.

I feel like I was scammed on my recent rental from Uhaul. I rented a truck yesterday for 4 1/2 hours, drove only 20 miles and was charged $113. The sign said $39, but with the hidden fuel charges and fuel refill charges it became $113. What a joke!! I will never use Uhaul again and will definitely not have anything good to say about Uhaul.andy M.

Don't lose the reservation. Our reservation could not be found even though we made it 3 weeks in advance and our pick up place changed last minute. I could not find a working phone number for the pick up place either. They also did not have an appliance dolly on hand. We had to go to another location to get the dolly.
