I ordered and paid for moving blankets and a furniture dolly. Neither of which were in the truck. Not only did it make loading the truck SIGNIFICANTLY harder, I have several pieces of antique furniture with scrapes and scratches now. I am furious about this situation.

The truck was blocked in and not easily accessible to exit the location, my added equipment/moving supplies was not loaded on truck, the truck was filthy on the inside

Adam PKeys were not in the box indicated. U-Haul customer service had to help me find the keys that were in a different number box.
William GFilled fuel tank to half which was more than we started with. Upon receiving receipt, it was found that Page Enterprises charged us for yet more fuel. Unsatisfactory.
Nicholas oI had just barely parked the truck and a staff member was already there to greet me as I was exiting the vehicle - EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE! I didn’t even have to go into the lobby or anything. Check-in for drop off was less than 2 minutes, I am not kidding at all. This experience was one of the greatest. Thanks so much U-Haul!!!
Wendell CWebsite is horrible. Would not recognize my location even though my locations are turned on. Luckily we arrived before closing and employee helped complete the application.Otherwise ok. Husband drove truck but didn’t care for it.

Randy MI left the truck with more gas than I received it at this location. Someone at this site recorded it with less gas and charged me $48.00 to add gas. I have picture evidence of the fuel gage and the receipts.

Mike PCould not deal with a live agent. Had to wait almost 2 hours to get a code to get the key. Automated system way too difficult. Too many hoops to get thru. No gas in the truck. Ordered dollie did not get one
