Overall, we would use this company again in a pinch because of the convenience to our location.. The rental process was easy. I did most of it online. When we went to pick up the truck, the rest of the transaction was finalized in person. We ran into a snag in our timing to return the truck we rented for my son’s move. Some moves never go smoothly, even if you factor in for plans going sideways. I called PACOS PAINTS & TWO HELPERS to see if I could work out a few extra hours extension on the rental and I encountered a very harsh and stern response from a person named ROBERT; I wanted to let them know I’d pay any added fees, but the truck would be returned several hours later than initially agreed upon. ROBERT’s response was a flat “NO! That truck is reserved for another customer and they are waiting on it!!!” Needless to say, I called my son and we began scrambling to work out how to get the truck back in time. Well, a few minutes later, I received a follow-up call from CARLOS and he explained that we would pay one extra day rent, as long as the truck was returned. In the end, we did return the truck two hours late. I paid for the added day. My husband was annoyed that they should have pro-rated for the late return because it was only a couple of hours late.

The truck smelled like cigarette smoke. The $25 cleaning fee should be disclosed upfront, not at the end. These combined make it very unlikely that I will rent front U-Haul again.

The Uhaul employees did not assist me in ensuring that my car was properly loaded onto the tow dolly, as previous Uhaul employees have done. I would say that the employees at this location did an adequate job, but not an exceptional one.

Rented a pickup truck on 24 Feb to pick up a couch and take it to my home. Total of 15 miles and 70 mins. Was told the total would be $43 and opted for the email invoice. When received the invoice there was a $25 cleaning fee added for a total of $68. Total nonsense. I’m disputing with my credit card company now. Not a happy customer and a multiple U-Haul renter over the years.

Staff was angry that I used the Uhaul App to check in rather than enter the store. They didn't want to assist me in decoupling the trailer even though I had paid for the service. I ended up with a damaged bumper cover.

I originally rented at a location closer to me. UHAUL switched locations on me so I had to drive more miles than I would have with the original location. That is my only complaint. This location is very well run and very efficient.

We love pacos! I had to use them a month ago and the whole transaction was easy to go through and everyone was kind! Drop off was amazing and super smooth! The lot is large so it’s easy to get any size truck in & out for convenience.

The employees, check in/out process, and cleanliness of this location has made it my preferred location to rent from. However, the condition of the trailer I received this time was frankly embarrassing. The interior was filled with trash including packing materials, nitrile gloves, dirt, broken fake pearl necklace, and a lot of broken glass. The trailer itself also had issues including a non-functional brake light, a broken side marker light, and a crack in the front corner that allows weather into the trailer. I will continue to rent from them in the future, but I'd highly recommend that this particular trailer be taken out of rotation and that the interior condition of the trailer be checked before renting it out again.

the online check-in with u-haul didn't work either on pickup or drop-off which is frustrating and time wasting on my rental time and my personal time. The location did nothing wrong

I rented at this location once before and I don't remember any issues. This time there were a host of issues: 1. Customer service rep was abrasive. 2. Van was filthy dirty in the back - looked like throw up or leaked garbage. 3. Location has a life-sized statute of a black man grinning by the door. I found it to be a racial troupe/stereotype and it was offensive. I will not rent from here again. I took pics and will probably post a negative Google review. I just haven't gotten to it because I just moved. If I could give 0 stars I would do so. I was extremely unhappy.

The gentleman at the front desk provided 10/10 service and the gentleman who helped me attach the trailer to my 4Runner also provided me with 10/10 service. I’ve found my new U-Haul location and I’ll be back next time. Thank you, gentlemen!!!!!
