The gentleman at the front counter was extremely helpful. He was very patient, several walk-in inquiries came during my visit along with phone calls, he has very well customer service.
Kanisha AHorrible experience long wait to get the vehicle the transmission sounded like it was going out and they wrong miles was entered when I checked out so it was hard checking back in the truck and I was charged a cleaning fee and the truck was clean !
Laajaanai SMy Husband and I was at the location at 9am, we didn't receive at trunk until after 11am, was give the code to the code box for the key and there wasn't a key. The customer service representative in the store was unpleasant. She and I got into a heated conversation. My experience was unacceptable. HOWEVER, the representative on the customer service phone line was p Pleasant and helpful
will gMy experience was trash. They gave me a truck that broke down and put me hours behind on my time sensitive move. Annie in roadside service was the only decency. I got.

Valerie BIf it would have been a complete mobile rental I would have given it 5 stars. I had my rental for mobile check in to avoid contact with people, however, I had to go inside a crowed store to get the keys. The store employee/manager was very polite and that would be the only reward in I would return to that location!!

Kimme RImprove customer service. Harper Woods, MI location at family foods very poor customer service. Take pictures of the gas before and after to show that you put the required gas back before you returned the truck.

Donald WI had a 2 day rental which was not due back until Tues., May 30 @ 10am. The truck was return on Sunday, May 28 @11pm. I had a $20 convenience fee charged to my credit card by the drop location. I don't understand why I'm being charged an extra $20 when the truck was returned within my 2 day rental period. The person at the pick location said just put the keys in the drop box when returning the rental. I should be refunded my $20.

Walterwilliam BThe clerk who helped me was very nice and friendly, but he was vague about what I was supposed to do. It was kind of strange. Also, I was told I'd get a discount if I drove under 30 miles. I drove 22 miles and received no discount.

TED EHiring more knowledgeable people it took me a hour just to be checked in with only one person in front of me pick up was at 12 I didn’t get keys until 1:15 with no gas in the truck had to gas up before and after and still got charged the full price

ROBIN A1 Uhaul rep was arguing with the other. They appeared to be unorganized. They never walked you out to the vehicle to do a review for damage. Just gave you the keys and said good luck.

Kim Ga full tank of gas to start would be nice. Then I can just fill it back up when I return it. instead of trying to get it to 1/4 tank. I had to put gas in twice because the first estimate wasn't enough.

ZENNA CThe locks on lock box seem rusty and therefore hard to open. I would get different locks. Also key was not in lockbox to the truck. It was inside. I also didn’t like the verification process on the phone. I chose phone because I wanted it to be quick, I had a job to do. If I knew it would take so long, I would have just gone in inside.
Nicolas FI picked up the truck on Saturday at 10:30 am... Sunday is one day, Monday 2nd Day, Tuesday 3rd day, Wednesday 4th day and Thursday the 5th day and I returned the truck.Yet I was charged for having the truck a 6th day.
Roger KLocation did not have all equipment I ordered (appliance dolly). If possible, call ahead before ordering. Website still allowed me to place order for dolly. I had to waste 45 minutes after picking up truck to go to another U-haul store and pickup dolly.

David MI am not happy with your services you told me U-Haul 1995 a day I had the U-Haul for 2 days and you're charged me for 3 days I need to call back at 313-888-1645 and I will be calling your customer service as well for a complaint or your regional manager for that area or district manager because this is not accept what I need some understanding because if that be the case that would mean that for one day I got charged $40 or $60 that's what that would mean $50 for an additional day that's not acceptable please give me a call 313-888-1645
Michelle HTruck was ready when I got there. Customer service was great. I was told over the phone that I would get an extra 100 miles due to the pickup location being so far away from my home but that did not happen. I was charged an extra $40 because I went over my 30 mile limit. I want the extra $40 I paid to be refunded.
Jamesandre HI had no idea where the Uhaul desk was until another customer pointed me to it, but then there was no one there until 10 minutes after my reservation started. By the time someone started working with me, it was about 30 minutes after my reservation started. One of the customers in front of me had a reservation for a vehicle that wasn't available. Lastly I paid for 4 bags of moving blankets and got 3.
John NThe truck I reserved was double booked. The managers blamed U-haul's reservation system and tried to resolve the situation by getting another truck brought. They tried to be helpful, but were too busy with their other/primary business that it cost a lot of time.
