Regina very helpful. Met us on Sunday.

Our drop off was good. We had to call to confirm they still did U-Haul turn ins because the paperwork showed no drop off. We were unsure if this location did when we set it up. But Regina answered the phone and said they would be glad to assist. Her son checked us back in and confirmed all was returned.

These are the nicest people. The service is beyond amazing. A lot of places could learn something from this level of excellent service.

For one they don't answer their phones it for two parking/picking up the trailer is sketchy as there's nails and broken glass near most of the trailers

Excellent and very friendly and polite service. Couldn't ask for any better.

Prepaid for express checkout. Location was closed, had to call number on door and wait 20 minutes for someone to show up. "Express" pickup took over an hour. Owner said they didn't see our reservation the night before, but reservation was made three days prior. Definitely will not use this location again.

Our experience was great until we returned our trailer we paid a $60 deposit because we paid with cash. When we returned the trailer we waited over 2 hours then was sent to another location to return our trailer because they couldn't give us back our deposit.

The lady waited for me to get there at 7:45. I cant tell you how much I appreciate that. This was the last Uhaul truck within 200 miles. If you ever need to rent a truck, I would recommend UHaul.

Rent trailer for all day 6x12, would be nice for for 24 hours for 39.95.

The attendant was quite Friendly and curtious. He offered great help with a friendly smile.

Final bill is wrong

The wait was awfull I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show and when he did show had no idea what to do after another 5o minutes he finally told us it was ok and we could go The next day the owner called and said I could be arrested because they had no record of my license or payment and would have to do NOW over the phone this is a terrible way to do buisness do yourself a favor and rent from someone else they may acuse you of stealing and treat you like a criminal beware

The woman working was very friendly and tried her best to rectify the Gilbert locations error. After 30 minutes of effort on her part she had no choice but to escalate.

Your Hobbs store is terrible!!!! However, the Lovington store is great!!

We live in Hobbs and made a reservation for the UHaul trailer at the store on Joe Harvey about 5 days before we needed it. We were amazed when our call to pick up the trailer was from Lovington. We thought the store in Hobbs should have picked up the trailer in Lovington so we could get it in Hobbs. We were upset with the service from Hobbs; however, the lady in Lubbock could not have been nicer.

The man who processed our pickup was the husband of the woman who normally runs the rental office. He was 40 minutes late. We had called the U-haul 800 number twice before he got there. After arriving, he was only interested in his wife and child who were at the hospital. He answered about four phone calls. He shouted orders to an employee. Finally, he used many obscenities including the "f" word. He is the type of person who should NEVER work in a service industry.
