Cheri BWe did not receive the two 26 foot trucks were ordered. We got a 20 and a 15 so we had to move furniture into my sister's home for space. Problem #2 was we were asked to bring the truck back 19 hours early for another client. We hurried to unload it and get it down there to help someone else. We were told to give the key over and we said not until our contract was updated to show we weren't under contract for that truck any longer. The manager yelled at us on the phone. Then when we called into customer service we were told they were charging us over $800 for a day and half use of the trucks. That was corrected by customer service, but I'm shocked we didn't receive any discount or apology for the mess of a move we had. I work in customer service so I understand things happen, but this was the worst experience possible. Having to move things twice instead of once and being told by the manager that that wasn't an inconvenience to us.

Larry ROnly needed for Saturday, but was not able to get the truck until 10: 00 Saturday morning because of store hours? I asked if I could pick up the keys Friday before close, but still had to pay for two day rental. There is another Uhaul location in this area and will recommend that one to others, hoping that location might be more accommodating to the customer needs.

Lyle BGot my equipment late because owner didnt show up for work, and left it for his employee, who was stressed out about having to unexpectedly come in to work.

NICOLE HI reserved a 6 by 12 foot enclosed trailer last evening with a confirmation number. When I got to the site they only had a 5 by 8 available and I was unable to transfer everything I wanted to. This means another trip on another day. Very disappointing!

Chris BIn pulling this trailer out of the lot after clerk's inspection, I had to maneuver because of some street maintenance. Upon coming back after the load, I had to pull in for inspection again and turning the dumb thing around with a uhaul truck parked in the way and a fire hydrant was a real chore. The clerk was rude.
Belinda VThey wrote the fuel in tank was almost half when it was exactly at 1/4 of a tank I took picture, The inside was not clean & swept out, I didn't get paperwork when I picked up. & very slow to check back in. Was suppose to give me credit, which I don't know because I have not recieved my final bill.
alice bCurrently, I am trying to resolve a billing mistake for my rental. I rented a trailer for a 24 hour period. I returned it before the deadline, and my invoice shows that it was checked back in at the office until after the deadline. Thus, my bill is twice the amount it should be, and it is taking time to resolve. I returned this trailer at 8:15 a.m. well before the deadline. Can you please help resolve this and credit my account? Thanks.

RICH SUhaul mattress bags are about as worthless as it gets.
Michael PI’ve used this location to drop off Uhaul rental units a number of times and I’ve always come away from it with the same impressions: lazy counter person (the same person every time), no help to drop off the unit and just generally unpleasant

When I questioned it I was told to go look myself for the key because the truck or the key wasn’t there . In the end they mixed up and gave the uhaul to another customer before completing the return . No apologies on assuming we didn’t return it though they did admit it was their fault

Tait BHad no contact with the location at all. They weren't open during pickup and we really needed help. When we cleaned out the truck we found drinks and paperwork left from previous renter. The overall experience was not good. Got notification the day before that we could not get the truck we ordered and had to go 35 miles out of our way to get one. Called support and was guaranteed that one was available at a closer location. Got there to pick up and it wasn't there. Called support and had to update to another truck and it ended up costing us more. Will not look at U-Haul for any future needs
Brett HWe rented a 20-foot truck for 2 days and, at the original location I was sent to, no one was there to help until 20 minutes after my pickup appointment time. Then I found out they only had a 10 foot truck and the closest truck to match what I reserved was over 30 minutes away. The employees involved, especially Vicki B in Yankton, were able to get me a 15 foot truck in town for one day. I greatly appreciate their help and efficiency in salvaging a terrible situation. They went above and beyond. The system, however, almost failed me completely in a time sensitive situation.

Jason GGirl was NOT helpful at all and we are senior citizens trying to unhitch the trailer. She absolutely offered no assistance. Did not even stick around while we were trying to get it unhitched. Very rough individual. No customer service ability at all. Sad!

Tracy OThe lady who checked me in claimed she doesn't touch anything so she would not take the keys as per "her" covid policy. Yet she was not wearing any mask and was within 6" from my face talking to me. She asked if I had a dolly and blankets, i said yes and she told me to bring them in. We went outside and she had me tell her what the gas and mileage was. She did not walk around the vehicle of check the tires as per U-hauls policy. She asked me to open up the back and when I did she ordered me to bring in the blankets and the dolly claiming it's U-haul and not me-haul. I told her no that was her job. I did carry in the blankets and she told me to put them on a rack for her but I just dropped them on the floor in front of the rack. I fell this woman should NOT be in customer service.
