This was the worst truck I have ever rented from U-Haul. Over 125,000 miles and it shows.Robert O.
I will be contacting customer service for a refund of the gas cost i put into returning the truck at full! I have photo proof that after driving only 14 mile in total the tank was at half! We realized only when we got to the first destination directly from the uhaul pickup location that it was at half a tank of gas not a full tank! And me not wanting to get into trouble for returning it at half a tank i filled it up but i expect that amount to be refunded! That was unacceptable and i had never experienced that before and the gentleman never gave me any kind of paper with my rental info all on it just did some stuff with an app and left it at that!BAILEY S.

The original UHaul location I reserved the truck was near my house. The day before I was told I had to use a location on the opposite side of town. With paying $0.79 per mile the change of location ended up costing me more money for the same truck. I did not think that was fair.ALEXANDER O.

The price I was quoted was with expected 10miles came to $71.17 and .99 cents per mile over. I went a total of 13 miles and I have pictures to show this. Instead of the additional .99cents per additional mile I see a charge on my CC for $23.27. I need to know why am I being charged additional $23.27 on top of $71.17??? I do not recommend this place for one because the truck was ragged. When I turned it made a loud clicking noise and I had to turn the wheel very fast to get it to turn the right direction. I have drove Uhaul in the past and had a clean and good running truck with no problems but this location I definitely will not visit again. I would rather find a friend with a truck.MARKEITH B.

It was a barebones location. I came after hours so I didn't get to interact with anyone and if I did that may have made the experience better. The location was simple but I was able to easily self drop off and I felt comfortable returning the Uhaul. Overall it was average not terrible, not amazing.Jakob B.

Wonderful 1st time experience renting a trailer. The U-haul rep was outstanding. The only slight issue we had was returning after hours and finding a nice level spot to leave the trailer.Darrell C.

Mobile app didn't work, place was a dump, I was on hold with Uhaul customer service for over an hour before I gave up and then was charged 20 bucks for after hours return? The charges should be removed and I should get a credit for inconvenience and total frustration. What a joke.JAY K.

Great customer service! The gentleman that met me before they were even open was a welcome site! It was unexpected, I had planned on checking out the equipment through my phone, but he was there to walk me through it and was AMAZINGLY helpful. The only piece of negative feedback would be that the gas was at 1/4 tank, not enough to reach my destination. Also, when filling the tank the indicator on the dash was very slow to respond and I overfilled by an additional 1/2 tank. I assumed there would be no way to credit the amount. Both issues were frustrating. If slow response is common this might be a good heads-up for customers.Julie C.

He was in a bad mood and showed it, this was because trucks were not returned on time and customers were on this butt. At peak college town move in/out it's not fun not to have a truck! Uhaul called me at 5:30 the day before I was going to up up my truck in Waco, said not trucks, so we had to stop 45 miles away to pickup truck! This was helpful thank you.Daniel L.

Have someone there that isn't rude and pushy. Have some sort of wifi so that customers can use the self return option. I couldn't use it and was charged a 20$ fee. Does the man working there get that. Money? Is he making extra off customers? I will NEVER use this location again and I will tell everyone I know not to go there.ROBERT H.

Everything was good. It just took a while for the verification process before getting the truck and after. Other than that great services, and very convenient to be able to pick up truck & drop off through the appLorena S.
Not having people to communicate with was horrible. We filled out everything on line and then there was more to deal with when we got there that we weren't expecting. Doing this automated instead of with people took 45 min before we got the truck once inside the parking lot and about an hour and a half to get it turned back in. Internet connection was bad, no lighting which makes it less safe. Our pictures took a very long time to download and we were so tired. I have always loved U-haul. This has been my first disappointing experience. I miss having people to talk to.Shelly S.

Never met anyone and no one ever answered the phone even during business hours.Kedzie J.
First of all I was oversold on the truck I needed. I was told there was not any smaller trucks. When I got to the location there was smaller trucks not being used. Then the truck I was suppose to pick up wasn't there. I had to wait another hour and a half on the phone for UHaul to assign me another truck. My main concern is they charged my mom's credit card for the final bill. Several different made up charges. I was charged $19.80 for one mile over. Since my pick up time was later in the day (due to the original truck not being there) I was charged for an extra day. ALSO the location I returned the truck to didn't even show up on GPS. I wasted a bit of gas finding the drop off location. So the final bill was an additional $260.58 which they charged my mother for. I disputed most of the charges thru email but had no success. I finally got a hold of customer service thru there 800 number and was told I would be receiving a $40 reimbursement through u.s. mail by check in 2 weeks. I never received it. I called the 800 number back after two weeks and was told the check was never sent. I was then told it would be easier to put the money back on the credit card. But my mom has canceled those credit cards due to this situation. So they were unable to issue back on card. I was told to wait two business days for a phone call and never received one. I've called back and have been told to wait another two days for a phone call. NOW I feel like the $40 is very insignificant but I want to get at least what i was promised.MARCUS S.

Scary neighborhood. Lot/ building in extremely poor condition. Felt very unsafe especially since it was unmanned. Lock wouldn't open. Took almost 20 minutes to get help to get a truck that the lock worked. The no contact procedure was more of a pain than going in and talking to a human.JIMMY DALE G.

My experience was a complete nightmare! I was not told I was being sent to some abandoned lot where I would have to spend 1 hour using phone internet in order to sign up for an account and go through the insane maze puzzle that was trying to figure out how to find my truck. I ended up stranded in an abandoned "do it yourself" Uhaul parking lot, 7 months pregnant, in 100 degree heat. I thought I was being sent to a regular Uhaul office where you have air conditioning and sign some papers and are on your way. Then to find I was essentially doing their job (inspecting the truck, taking pictures, uploading pictures of documents and photos of myself) in 100 degree heat while still paying full price?!?!?!?! I had to pay over $30 I didn't have to Uber myself back home so I didn't die of heatstroke in a parking lot. They put me and my baby's life at risk, and I am appalled at my experience.Sara H.
Location was fine. Online rental/pickup was abysmal. Sent all of the requested photos from the comfort of my car. Get out into the summer heat and stupid app asks me to repeat everything I have already done. Take a selfie, take picture of license (both sides) then asks me to do it all over again. Prefer a actual location with actual employees rather than this klunky automated stuff.MACE B.

Went to facility listed on contract, was advised to go to another facility which was a closed-up. Met a rep there and handled everything on his phone. Had I needed to get tape, blankets, etc. I would have been out of luck. Suggest cleaning the outside of truck and windows before giving to next customer. Truck looked like it had been just returned, interior was clean however.John L.
