Very friendly and helpful staff. I was called by Pete Mantell, at drop off location about the condition of truck. I explained the condition of the truck and problems that I experienced at pick up location. He was very understanding and helpful.

The ladies in the office were friendly but the uhaul itself was in poor shape and after reviewing the final bill, I am hugely disappointed. 1) there was a crack in the windshield 2) the mileage has to be wrong as I only drove to exit 136 and returned back to my home off exit 124 (picked up a treadmill). 3) I would dispute the mileage because I always take photos of the dashboard before driving one. Unfortunately, I was unable to see the dashboard due to “low tire pressure” alert was on in place of digital odometer. I do have a photo of this. I have no idea how they got the mileage amount they have. 4) i contacted the ladies that assisted me by phone about the alert and they said “it was fine”. If it was fine, an alert wouldn't be on. That is dangerous. 5) the drivers side visor is damaged and kept falling down, which could cause a hazard. 6) I had the truck for a few hours and somehow it cost $169- when I was told it would be $67. Disappointed and feel taken advantage of.

I had a local rental for 24 hours and whole process from start to end was professional. Especially liked being met as I parked the truck in the parking lot in front of the store when returning. Gentleman met me at the truck, I handed over the keys and was on my way. He took care of the close out.

This was super fast and easy. The only thing that I would recommend as a change is to let people know ahead of time the second identification needs (either a passport or having a friend's contact). I didn't know this was going to be needed, and I had to go through a couple of friends before one actually answered their phones. If I had known ahead of time, the whole process would have been seemless

This was by far the smoothest U-Haul transaction that I have ever had (and I've had quite a few). Going through Pack N Mail was the best decision. They are SO NICE there. Thank you for the non-stressful experience!! The truck was extremely clean, drove very well, and was easy on gas, too! :):)

The main lady in charge of the pick-up seemed to encounter some serious technical difficulties when trying to get a van rented for us. Took about an hour to get a van that was available

You need to upgrade your online drop-off experience. It is horrific! Your phone operators are excellent but the app and mobile access need significant work. I would rate the overall UHaul experience/arrive 4-5 Stars, but the drop off takes it down to a “2”! That's too bad. As I liked everything except this part of the experience ( this was the case multiple times). And it's the last impression. Good luck!

I rented a van from this location a few minutes before closing time. The attendant was not there. She came in after a few minutes and explained that she was out cleaning a vehicle that had just been returned. She mentioned that the previous renter had left dog hair all over the seats and the vehicle smelled bad. We made small talk about renters returning dirty vehicles. I mentioned that I forgot my mask and that I could go out to my car and get it, she said it wasn't necessary as she also wasn't wearing one. I signed a form to receive my van keys. The form was for a truck rental, she said she had ran out of rental slips for vans. She also didn't explain all of the charges that drove the $19.99 price to $80. I signed it and got my keys as that location was closing. The van that we received had a lot of dog hair on the passenger seat and the seatbelt smelled really bad. As my fiancé and I started our drive we began to smell what seemed to be dog feces. It was a quick ride and we returned the van that night. My fiancé called the location the next morning and we were supposed to get a call back but never received it. This was an unexpectedly unpleasant and unsanitary experience and cost way more than we thought it would cost. I would not recommend this location.

We had requested a van for 12:00 and our email confirmed that time for pick up but when we arrived THEIR reservation system said 2:00 P.M. It is not at all clear how we could have different times; we were in the same time zone. Bur "our van" was not available at 12:00 and we had to make a second trip. At least these were on the right day but if they could be two hours different they could have been two days different.

Vehicle was clean, and pickup was easy. We had an issue with the incorrect mileage being recorded upon drop-off, and we were charged almost double what we should have been. Fixed easily with a call, but it was one extra thing to add to our to-do list.

You can charge me the rate I reserved the vehicle for and have it ready to pick up on time. I waited 40 minutes to pick up a vehicle that should've been ready. I was then overcharged $120 for the vehicle and charged for over 100 miles I didn't put on it. I will never, ever rent with this company or location again. I am furious.

Owner Pete was fantastic. Although I was scheduled to pick up the truck remotely, I was running late and Pete showed up at the store to walk me through everything. Although a great supporter of social distancing and awareness of the dangers of covid 19, Uhaul's app is not user friendly and frankly, very confusing. Thanks to Pete, a great rental resulted. The phone tool for checking out the vehicle is very difficult to use. If you need copies of paperwork to use that tool, you should let the customer know before they head over to pick up the vehicle. If you need reference that are at their phone, let us know in advance - those folks might just be busy packing and not have their phone near. The employees at the store were very helpful in cancelling the web reservation since the tool didn't work at all, and then re-booking me through their system.
