MARGARET CJimmy took care of us for the UHaul trailer rental. He was extremely professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. He got us processed, hooked up and did a safety check in less than 15 minutes. The short time we were there everyone that came in knew Jimmy and all had a great repoire with him. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a UHaul, gas, propane or anything else they provide.

DAVID MIt was a great experience. I rented what I need in a matter of minutes, just to pick it up an hour later. I was in and out in 10 minutes, with courtesy phone call priorto arrival. You cannot get better. Very friendly- highly recommend.

This was the worst customer experience I’ve EVER had. DAWN VThe only reaso I would not recommend this lo ation is that the owner acts too familiar with his customers. I did not appreciate that he kept mentioning that I am "old", and "are you sure you can handle the truck at you old age?" I'm not old and look younger and I'm in dar better physical condition than Jimmy the owner. This is on top of the fact that the only reason I had to drive to his location was because the vehicle I reserved was not at the South Lake Tahoe location as promised. I drove for 12 hours to get to Lake Tahoe then had to drive for another 1.5 hours to get a truck outside of the Tahoe basin.

SHARLA HGet rid of the owner. He was very rude. I tried to deal with him last year because of the way he treated me. I needed to get a truck very quickly so I got one from him. Never again, next time I will drive to a location 15 miles away and happily pay the .89 per mile just so I don't have yo deal with him. My wife was with me and after he was rude to her she asked me " what is that SOB' problem

BRIAN JJimmy runs a clean and safe operation. It is always a pleasure to deal with Jimmy. He helps you make a decision on which piece of equipment suits your needs. He carefully explains its use. And with regards to trailers, he makes sure your vehicle is sufficient for what you are hauling, makes sure you have the correct receptacle for the trailer and makes sure the brake lights and turn signals work.

ROBERT KThe truck was rented to us with one windshield wiper, that did not work work properly. The windshield was completely dirty and super hard to see out of. We only had a quarter of a tank of gas and they did not let us know, I know that legally they can leave us with a quarter tank, but it would’ve been nice to know that in advance as we were on a time crunch and as we started, our journey had to stop for gas, this particular gas station did not have a way to clean windshields. The UHaul was also very bumpy on the road we were we thought we were having a mechanical malfunction. I texted the owners and sent them Videos and never received anything back. When I returned it, they said oh, you were the person complaining. They said they saw the videos, but they didn’t understand them. I did call, but they didn’t answer the phone either. They told me I should’ve called the 800 number. Had they done a walk-through when we picked the U-Haul up we could’ve addressed some of these issues. They said the bumpiness was due to road conditions, but it was so bumpy. It was hard to hold onto the steering wheel, it was like there was a suspension issue.
