The 20 foot truck was not even close to watertight, all of our belongings in the truck were completely soaked through. This truck should not have been on the road given its condition. Do not rent!

Victoria HDriver's seat was not adjustable. Wooden beams in cargo area were not properly affixed to wall. Reserved supplies (except for the truck itself) were not available on the day of pickup. Online reservation system was not in sync with actual business hours of this location.
Paul HThe truck worked great and service was fast. However, the truck was at about 1/8 tank when I picked it up, and I was told if I returned it with 1/4 tank of gas, I’d get a $30 credit. I feel like that was pretty misleading, because it wasn’t a $30 credit off the price they gave me, it was a $30 credit off the $30 gas fee. So really, it was just me avoiding a fee rather than discount off my quoted price. I just don’t appreciate how it was phrased to me. It seemed intentionally misleading.

Stephen MTruck I rented was clean, but engine sounded terrible. Probably in need of some mechanical work or need to replace the truck. Glad it was for a short drive in town moving a refrigerator. Definitely would not trust using this truck on a longer move.

Wheel alignment is completely off gas reading is off as well this is ridiculous I've been with them over years and years at the same place and never had this issue I would like a somewhat of a refund not happy camper at all

Shawn BBe more straightforward about costs. I didn’t know I would have to pay for gas, in addition to the advertised $1.19 per mile, until after I had already submitted payment. This is deceptive on the company’s part as a whole, not necessarily specific to this location. The truck’s advertised at $19.95, but in reality the entire trip came to $116.00. Not quite the cheap, convenient U-Haul experience I signed up for. Also—what’s the point of the mile tax if I’m already paying for gas??

Diana JNarrow driveways that are gravel/dirt only. Condition of truck was clean, but lots of miles (over 77K) and automatic transmission whined when shifting gears. It was handy location for me since I live less than 2 miles away.
Wah CI had reserved a hand truck, but nobody thought to mention that and show me where they were until I got to my destination and realized it wasn’t already in the truck.

jabra sAlways have problems at this location. When we pulled in to return the truck at 1pm, The lady was VERY RUDE OFF THE BAT. Walked past us and yelled “ Ill be with you in a second YOURE LATE”. We were within our time to return the Truck by 2 hours. Not a smile, not helpful, shouldn’t be working if you’re going to have that attitude.

Anthony PWe were not told that the damage pictures were generic so we wasted a lot of time looking for damage that did not exist. We only found out that the pictures were generic after returning to the desk to say we could not find the damage.

Anthony LCustomer Service was awful. I wouldn’t go back there again. The truck I rented had electrical issues, the lock didn’t work that was attached to the truck. Why have 2 keys on the key chain ? I just went to this location because it was close to Sam’s club otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. I wasn’t looking to spend more than the advertised $19.99. I would go somewhere else for a truck rental!
