This location was unclean... unprofessional... and employed grumpy people who did not wat to be there. Worst experience with Uhaul and I have used them for years. I rented another Uhaul truck the very next day in a completely different location and experienced a completely different outcome!Emily H.

I would NOT recommend a place that does NOT allow after hours drop off however is adamant about the return time early AM. I was NOT made aware that there was NO after hours drop off and had to drive 20 miles to drop this truck off. Also the process of picking up a truck 20 miles in the OPPOSITE directions is a scam as I drove past TWO U-Haul places and both had trucks available. U-Haul as a who is looking for a class action law suit for this type of behavior.KEELA S.
Not the location's fault, but the one-way rental truck had hot air blowing out of the enter console during the trip. Vent settings produced cool air through the dash, but it didn't overcome the engine air entering the cabin (perhaps some insulation was missing?)STEVEN E.
Personnel anything but happy, helpful people! And everyone I've talked to says the way they check trucks in and out regarding gas is a scam. Has to be a better way of determining how much gas is in tank on return. The additional charge will have me forever painting lemons on this site.CATHERINE C.

The people running the place were curt and rude. They seemed committed to being unhelpful. They were entitled and unwilling to be courteous. They tried to add services I did not want, and were angered when I tried to point out damage to the vehicle, and its dirty condition.Jordan A.

The U-Haul was not at the location that I was told to go to despite calling to change the reservation and confirming that the location would be the same they sent me to a secondary location that also didn't have a U-Haul ready for me but not until I waited an hour for the first location to open because despite requesting mobile check-in they didn't offer it even though I was told I would have to use it on your website anyways the secondary location had a 45-minute line at which the end of I was told they also didn't have a vehicle for me and that I would have to drive 45 minutes towards San Francisco to get a U-Haul since that was no longer an option since all of my rides and help had already left I then call the 800 number trying to get customer service and they sent me to another location closer which didn't have any one-way Vehicles they only had a round trip vehicle and they charged me three times what I was quoted and what I had a reservation for and yeah I'm pretty pissed and I don't think I will ever use this service again unless customer service can correct the charges and charged me what I was quoted and what I reserved several weeks in advance and play and very very diligently forjoy S.

Got the truck with 29.99 plus 14 insurance and have it for like 3 hour, drove it less than 50 miles and returned it the same fuel still be i been charged 140$ plus 20$ additional totall 160$. I don't even know for what and by the way its 1.37$ for a mile. Don't recommend it well overpriced.MOHAMMAD R.

The seats in the truck were ripped and extremely uncomfortable. The side mirrors bounced around so much they were not usable while driving. The facility itself look run down and not well kept. There was no parking. The woman who is there when we picked it up was rude. The woman who was there when we returned it was much more pleasant.Amanda C.

I will never use U-Haul again on account of its "no availability advisory". It is absolutely insane to make people wait until 48 hours before they move across the country to know if they even have the equipment. I'm sure you know that when moving, one is forced to make numerous exact commitments: to their ex-residence, to hotels on the road, to new residences, and yet somehow, according to U-Haul, we cannot expect what is expected of us and instead we have to put up with with this flimsy policy that makes a difficult task infinitely more stressful. If I hear that you intend to change this policy I may consider hiring U-Haul again as there is nothing wrong with the equipment or anything else, but until then I will on principle avoid them.Matthew C.

Same as pick up, the Pacheco store was excellent. She checked us in very quickly and was very friendly. The Uhaul system was terrible. Not helpful at all. The system automatically changed us to drop off our truck and auto-transport to different places many times and mostly to places that were very inconvenient. Again, when I called Uhaul's 1-800 numbers it was a very long wait. I'd fix the drop off location but the Uhaul computer would change it back to the original drop off store. When I attempted to call the actual drop off store no one answered. We ended up driving to that store to do a final check-in because even the Uhaul representatives couldn't get a hold of that store. Overall, I'd give 3 out of 4 stores that we dealt with an excellent score. The only reason I can't give the 4th store as high a score is their not answering their phone. I give Uhaul system a failing grade. Their reservations, both by phone and online, was very difficult to reserve anything, practically impossible to make changes, and some stores accept only trucks and not auto-transports drop offs are made much more difficult than necessary. Person comes out telling me I would have to take truck to another location and said I was told when I was NOT sent an email to do so. Your on line site needs help. Crashed so I could not finish my contract had to call and wait 20 minutes for someone to finish my contract.
