JIM TArrived at 9 Am and there was no one here. I kept calling and there was no one answering the phone either. A worker didn’t show up until 10 AM ! I’m renting a uhaul for a reason and people have schedules and this tardiness was very unprofessional and rude.

Julio EThe customer service was unacceptable; the welcome was nin-existent and, I felt I was bothering them. The office space was not in any good condition; i would thing that is so because the space doubles as a auto mechanic shop. The alignment on the truck was off; I struggled to keep the truck going straight. The transmission stayed in high rev for the most time; changing into gears after too long of a period. The suspension was awful. I wouldn't go back there.
