Ann PVehicle had 1 gallon of gasoline in it. The oil light was on, so I told them about it and they told me to call roadside service. I did and I ended up buying theee quarts of oil. The inside of the vehicle was also dirty.

Christopher PI wouldn't do business with this location at all. I use U-Haul as my only moving service but this was the worst I ever seen. On arrival the guy had me stand outside instead of in the lobby. The truck itself was nasty trash was in the window and in the bag that's located in the back of the truck. The engine needs work as well

Shemica FInitial reservation was at 8am at Hwy 80 in jackson, Ms but due to them not having what I reserved my reservation was sent to the I-55 s location. I arrived at 8am and was told the U-haul representative wouldn't open up until 10:30. Thankfully the guy was absolutely amazing with accommodating me for my reservation. ¡Gracias!

Bennett JThe UHaul did not have a number to call. Took hour and a half to find. Had to wait an hour in 105 F heat for the person to allow me to pick up a trailer. When I came back to drop off, no worker there and had no way to get receipt upon return. The receipt was emailed later, but had hard time unlatching trailer which was very heavy and I'm an older gentleman. I can not believe there was no trailer closer than 30 miles away when there are 12 UHaul locations in my area.
Bobby RThe U-Haul app did not allow me to enter my information at drop-off. I asked for assistance inside and was told staff personnel must entry the information..I suggest adding notes for sites with special requirements for pick-up and/or drop-off.

Phillip FThey had no print outs of anything. Definitely provide something to show what you are actually agreeing to. They told me I would get an email, which I did, but not until after the fact. When I arrived to pick up the UHaul, it was not clean. They swept out the back and told me if I didn't return it better than that I would be charged. Then they handed me the key and went inside. By the time I did the outside inspection and got in the cab, they were gone inside. The inside was filthy. There was even a half full coke can in the cup holder. By this point, I had given up and just took pictures of the trash on the floor to submit on the app, completed the app and left. I lost my phone on Saturday and sent a message asking how to return on Sunday since I could not use my phone to check it back in and received no response. I attempted to call on a Sunday when I was supposed to turn it back in and didn't get an answer. Therefore, I waited until Monday to turn it in. They just took the key and again told me I would receive an email. Then, Tuesday I received a call from UHaul asking if I had turned the UHaul in. They had not marked it as returned. I usually rent from the UHaul in Pearl on Hwy 80 and they are usually great. This time they were out and I had to go somewhere else. I hope I don't ever have to use this location again!
Becky FWhen the reservation was made it was right by our house less than 2 hours before I was to pick up the truck I received a call stating "we don't have your truck". Our reservation was made 2 weeks prior totally unacceptable very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
Walt CThe computer wasn't working so they had to do my rental on their personal cellphone. My equipment was there but it took over 35 minutes to get checked out. My equipment was not checked in from the previous rental and that had to be done before I could rent it. Again it took an extremely long time because they were using their personal cellphones and the site was taking and extremely long time to load up for them. Not the best experience because of wasted time but it eventually got done.
LASHUNDA WBe sure to explain the details about mileage. I was not told when the quote was given and when I picked up the truck the cost of mileage. However, I was told when I dropped off the vehicle. This is BAD business.

Shari HLocation did not have anyone to release the U-Haul trailer until after 10am ! Their computer was malfunctioning. The location was a low rent motel with customers hanging around the pick up area.

DWAYNE YI had originally made reservations at another location closer to me and it was moved to this location that took longer. This location needs an agent on location to do rentals when the pickup time is. I and another customer had to wait for and agent to arrive an hour past pickup time. My pick up was at 0900 and it was after 10:00 before They arrived. Will think twice before renting another U-Haul.

ketan pI reserved a 15ft Truck March 30th and when Uhaul called to tell me location to pick it up was told they only had 20ft available May 30th! Which cost me more in gas! And 2 hours before I was to drop off the truck uhaul called and changed my storage location which was way out of they way, which caused me to be late dropping the truck! I spent humorous stressful hours on the phone with uhaul during a very stressful move! I would like A REFUND! I have spent thousands of dollars with uhaul! Over my years of being in the military and doing ditty moves! This was the worst ever!
GERALD SThe online information provided was not available when I arrived to pick up the truck after I was informed that completing the information will reduce processing time in half. Also, the mileage gauge needs to be definitive to assist with no overcharging customers.
Tonya MI had a 7am reservation at a location that didn't open until 10am. GPS was not recognizing my location, and the gentleman at the location refused to help me or speak to me about the issue. He asked me to leave.

Leah AThe facility was not even open when I arrived. Why in the world would you allow a rental location to be chosen knowing the business is only open Monday - Friday. I selected a pickup on Saturday I had to take a cab from the airport & then there was no one at the facility. I had to call for another cab to pick me up & take me to a U-Haul location that was a horrible hotel/U-Haul facility. I did not feel safe at the front desk of the hotel/u-haul. I think there should have been some financial reduction because the new location did not have the same size truck hence causing me to spend more money to get to another location & the bigger truck they gave me cost me more money in gas.
Anita HHorrible, nasty, smelled unbelievably bad, hookers and people being loud, didn’t open at pick up time, I would NEVER use uhaul again if they keep this place a part of their company.
Michael Mlow rating was because of internet. Transaction was completed with iPhone because of problem with access to haul online. It took about an hour to complete transaction

Milton CThis is in a bad area, several obvious meth-heads hanging around. I wouldn't want to go there at night! The place was pretty clean, those people hanging around did not make it inviting. But the owner did a great job checking us in, was very polite and competent.

Jerome JI had a very bad experience with uhaul. I went to Jackson uhaul and storage on hwy 80 where my reservation was schedule to pick up. I waited 1hr 39 mins to only find out that equipment wasn't there. I was sent to three locations before finding the equipment that was reserve for me.
Dasmond HLocation was remote, unsafe, and untended. Truck cab was not thoroughly cleaned on pickup. I'm not responsible for cleaning previous renters' mess.
