The gas was lower than the employee marked on the paper, so I took a picture when I did the inspection and hope I don't get charged for that. There was also dirt in the back of the truck and muddy footprints in the front of the truck, but otherwise it was great.BRIDGET M.

The truck I rented smelled like someone had been smoking in it. I also had to slam the driver's side door, otherwise I would see a message that the door was not closed. Finally, the ride was very rough, I felt every little bump. I've driven U-hauls before and this was a really rough ride compared to others.MICHAEL V.

We could not get the locator system to work and this was very stressful. Called home office and they told us we had to get it to work or I would be charged 20 the nest day if they had to check it in. I did contact uhaul Oxford office and they were really helpful and checked it in without charging me.eric S.

When we got our paperwork, they had the mileage out at 32101.00. As my husband was in the truck, and I had the paperwork in a separate vehicle, we did not verify the mileage out. We put approximately 6 miles on the vehicle during the 2 hours we had it out. When we checked the vehicle back in, the odometer stated 32147. We were subsequently charged for 46 miles when I got my online receipt. It's obvious the mileage was wrong from the beginning. Obviously it should be buyer beware and we should have verified the mileage before we even left the parking lot. We were charged for 40 miles ($31.60) we did not drive.JOHN T.

The customer service person (a young woman) was awesome and helpful. The app was a disaster. I did all the steps to share my location and it never recognized that I was doing so. I couldn't complete the check-out or check-in process on my phone. It went into an infinite loop of cannot-see-your-location and try-again. I teach computer science for a living and I couldn't get it to work. If I had been relying on picking up the truck when the office was closed, I would have been out of luck. Trailer was filled with water due to a bad â€˜door seal'. I used a tarp to protect my items, but sure think UHaul should have an annualâ€˜door seal replacement program'. Come on guys, maintain the equipment. The paint on my trailer was pealing so bad, I was worried about the condition of tires and wheel bearings. Step up your standards!John O.

In April, I called UHaul to request a smaller truck than originally reserved. At pickup, I learned that the phone agent removed the truck from my reservation! I showed up to pick up a truck and there was only a dolly on the reservation! Thankfully the staff at Oxford Car Care were proactive and we left with a truck. ¡Gracias!Sarah Louise S.

I was told that I would receive money back if I returned the truck early from the location I picked up the truck and from the person I reserved it from online. The place where I dropped off the truck said that was not true. I would like an explanation.David M.

I thought the online process was difficult to get through. I ended up going to 1-800gouhaul to reserve. I talked to Maria, she was super helpful. When I picked up the trailer it was easy and drop off was just as good. Friendly staff.Bruce S.
